This delightful, recently renovated cottage is a quick 2-minute (200m) stroll to the infamous 90 Mile Beach and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable yet unforgettable stay in the quaint old fashioned beachside town, The Honeysuckles (206km from Melbourne CBD). Perfect for couples, a girls weekend away or a small family.
The indoor fire will keep you warm on those cool nights and the tranquil surrounds will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated, the only noise being the soothing sounds of the ocean not far from your doorstep. With a flat screen, smart TV, plantation shutters and butcher block counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, the new stainless-steel appliances and modern furnishings feel luxurious. With a relaxed coastal vibe, this private cottage feels like a home away from home.
With ample room for parking, this gorgeous cottage sleeps 4, with 2 good size bedrooms (1 king and 2 single beds) each with built-in robes, 1 bathroom with large shower, cellular Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, will leave you wanting to extend your stay. A north facing, sun drenched timber deck extends from the family room and overlooks the gorgeous garden. Here is an ideal place for your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The White Cottage is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that this pristine beach and local townships have to offer. Games and books are provided, along with totem tennis and croquet to create some fun memories. When it’s dark, be sure to head outside and partake in some star gazing, the lack of surrounding streetlights, makes for an amazing experience.
Situated between Lake Reeve and the beach, a short 2-minute walk will drop you at the water’s edge where you can take a dip in the ocean or stroll along the long stretch of pristine golden sand. 90 Mile beach is known for being one of the most unspoilt beaches in the world, boasts amazing wildlife including whales and dolphins which are spotted regularly. An ideal swimming beach, it lies on the edge of sand dunes and in the absence of rocky cliffs, results in the endless sand vista that stretches for miles, hence its name.
A 15-minute drive takes you into the heart of the 90 Mile Beach Marine National Park. Here you’re surrounded by conservation and wildlife reserves, the nature lover’s paradise. As well as nearby quaint towns with something for everyone, Seaspray is a 10-minute drive away, Stradbroke, Golden Beach and Longford, each 20-minutes away, and Sale an easy 30-minute drive which has a large shopping district.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

Only families with children and couples may book this property - no exceptions.
No parties, events or schoolies. To be kind to our neighbours, please no excessive noise or outdoor entertaining beyond 11pm.
No smoking permitted inside the house.
No pets allowed.
If there is evidence of any of the house rules being disregarded and additional fees incurred on our part, please be warned that some or all of your security deposit may be forfeited. This will not be unreasonably applied.
This house is truly beautiful, and we take great pride in its care and presentation. We welcome guests who will do likewise.
HOUSE RULES
• It is important that the number of guests staying in the property is as per your booking request. Please ensure the number of occupants does not exceed the number stipulated.
• We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our property
• We arrange for the property to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home.
• Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbours. No parties or functions please.
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received.
• All loud music must cease by 11.00 pm
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the booking dates.
• We reserve the right to request payment from the security deposit lodged should the following additional expense result from your stay at our house:
• Extra cleaning including BBQ, putting away of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware etc.
• Lost keys and remote controls
• Unnecessary call outs, breakages or damage.
• Missing linen, towels or items removed from the house.
• Rejection of rubbish collection due to incorrect usage.
• As a guest of the property, you indemnify us and the owners of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.
