2 baños completos, uno en cada piso de este condominio de 2 niveles. Sube las cortas escaleras hasta la suite principal, completa con impresionantes vistas al océano y su propio lanai privado. Aléjese de todo en su suite principal.

Perfectamente situado a pocos pasos del océano. Cocina completa muy bien equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos. Una de las 3 piscinas de propiedad y áreas de barbacoa están convenientemente ubicadas a pasos de distancia para que disfrutes. What an amazing place! The pictures truly do not do it justice. You couldn’t have asked for a better location. Beautiful pools, quick walk to the beach and the views are unmatched. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this has to be one of the best ones we have stayed at by far!!

Kapalua Bay

Our stay was perfection! The perfect place to get away and enjoy the beauty of Maui. The views from the condo were stunning! It was quiet, no crowds. Easy access to walking trails and a cute little store (Honolua Store) was close by for any last minute needs. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated 4 adults. Will definitely be back! I am so happy to have discovered this place! The break we all needed!

Spectacular views and great host!

Our stay at this vacation rental in Hawaii was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—truly some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. The home is perfectly set up for a small family or a couple looking for a peaceful retreat. Everything was thoughtfully designed, making our stay both comfortable and relaxing. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee with the stunning backdrop was an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

2nd stay at Bay Villas

Beautiful property. Great week. The pull out Murphy bed is a great idea for families. One caveat, the Parrish Prop Mgmnt Group that is on site and manages the majority of properties in this area seems to more amenable that the group that manages this one…a few small requests were challenging than they should have been.

Nice Property Location

Overall, our first visit to Maui was delightful, and the property lived up to its presentation and the positive reviews we had read. We were particularly drawn to the fact that it offered a serene escape from the commercial hustle, providing both great areas for exploration and the privacy we sought. The location's accuracy in relation to the reviews played a pivotal role in our choice, and we were pleased to find the tranquility we were looking for. The proximity to various dining options within a 10-minute drive was convenient and added to our overall satisfaction. While we understand the challenges presented by the ongoing post-COVID situation, I wanted to bring to your attention a small matter. I had inquired about the availability of condiments and was informed that, unfortunately, none were accessible due to post-COVID issues. However, upon our arrival, we noticed coffee, as well as salt and pepper, were provided. We had purchased these items in advance, unaware that they would be available. This is a minor concern and does not impact our overall positive experience; it's merely an FYI for your consideration. We appreciate the efforts of the property management company in ensuring a pleasant stay and understand that updates are an ongoing process. Thank you for providing us with a memorable experience in Maui. We look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

The condo listing was accurate and the management was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We cooked most nights and thoroughly enjoyed this spot as a jump-off for daytime adventures. It's far enough north that it felt like a retreat, although that meant that that we had to put-in serious miles to reach Makena Beach and points on the east side further south. It was windy, too, but we didn't mind given the air and water temperature.

Hidden Gem - Excellent Location, Property, View!

Property is amazing and as described by owner! Views feel like it's ocean front even though there are condos between you and the ocean. Excellent location as it is walking distance to the snorkling beach at Kapalua Bay (10 min) , DT Fleming Beach Park (10 -15 minutes), and the Honolua Store (10 min). The pool and walking trails are very close by. The property is centered between desired outdoor activities and a few dining opportunities. The property is beautiful inside as well! Our teen daughter slept on the pull out couch and was comfortable, having a second bathroom with a shower was a plus. Kitchen is well equipped. Backpack beach chairs were great for walking, umbrella and beach towels were also provided. Extremely minor, our gate code didn't work one of the days, but mentioning this more as a positive as Property Management team on the ground was very accessible and responded quickly. This did not impact our stay or experience. We would recommend this property to friends and family and we would book this condo again in the future.

This is an amazing unit: the view is simply fantastic. The location is one of the best in Kapalua. Property manager was super helpful and easily accessible. An excellent stay.

The apartment is as pretty and picturesque as the pictures. Found the unit clean and well appointed for our week-long stay. A little confusion with the gate code but the management company was quick to respond via text. well maintained and beautiful property.

Five Stars

We had a fabulous 6 night stay at this condo on Maui. It is exactly as described, with breathtaking views in either direction. The first afternoon my husband sat for more than two hours in the chairs in the bedroom just mesmerized by the views. The condo came equipt with beach towels, chairs, and plenty of items to get us rolling in terms of a blender, coffee maker, good pans, etc. The condo was clean, check-in was exact and easy, and was very clean. It also has a washer and dryer which came in handy on our last day. We really had only positive experiences with both the managers and the unit itself. The complex has a few pools, it is located right on the Coastal Path and the beach below was like having a private beach as there was never any more than a handful of folks on it at any time. All in all a five-star experience.

Stunningly beautiful and super comfortable

We were blown away when we walked in and saw that the views were even more gorgeous than the pictures indicate. The whole place was spacious with beautiful furnishings, a super comfortable bed, and a great kitchen where we prepared all of our meals. The couch and tv were also great for winding down in the evening. The location is superb for accessing some of the best beaches on West Maui, and the many nearby trails made it really special. The only very minor thing we noticed was that the sliding door for the downstairs bathroom was hard to close. The shower in that bathroom was a real plus, though.

A/C minimum temp 74 degrees

Condo is very nice and view is spectacular but kind of isolated on the west end of the island. Our main issue is that we searched through the Kapalua villas and went with a higher priced one so we could have central air. After our final payment about a month before we arrived we got an email with our check in info that said the A/C had a low limit of 73 deg I was not happy but too late to change accommodations. When we arrived there was a sign by the thermostat that is located on the first floor saying minimum 74 deg that makes the upstairs around 76 deg. I called after the a rough second nights sleep and they sent me a text saying ownership would call me around 1:30 at 3:30 after me texting them to find out what happened I finally received a call with the guy saying he does not know the code to change it and would not be able to get someone out to change it till Monday since it was late on Friday never heard back from them. I found that if you go into the settings on the thermostat you can change the low temp thank goodness. The rest of the stay was great.
