Situated directly behind Anglesea’s main shopping village, anything you desire throughout your stay is literally a one-minute walk away and ensures whatever you need can be accessed. An early morning coffee & newspaper, lunch, retail stores or afternoons unwinding at the pub!
If you’re seeking activities, then head to the tennis courts, bowling club or Anglesea River for canoeing & stand-up paddle boarding, all only one street away. The local walking tracks lead to National Parks, Anglesea main beach for surfing or a swim and just a stroll away. There will be no need to get in your car being in this fantastic location.
This split-level house has 3 bedrooms; all with queen beds, there are two living areas located on upper and lower levels. A centrally positioned bathroom, separate toilet and laundry which has washer & dryer.
A great house for entertaining with both living rooms flowing out to sun drenched decking or garden, easily catering for outside dining or perfect comfort to enjoy snuggling up with a book or magazine. The outdoor zones have ample room for friends and family and well set up for all day parts including a fire pit area in the evenings.
The open plan kitchen living / dining area has a cosy open fireplace for ambience in all seasons as well as split systems for heating and cooling. There are expansive windows highlighting the ocean close by and the wide glass doors open up to a north facing deck with Table & BBQ area that is wind protected
The downstairs living room has flexibility of use for additional guests with the pull-out couch / bed, a study nook and another split system for heating and cooling. The sliding door opens up to the large and private garden, lovely for enjoying all day sunshine. The separate front and back yards mean anyone staying here have their own space to chillout and embrace the holiday vibe.
