Guests will enjoy 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms/2 living areas with wifi, Netflix, AC and a private alfresco with gas fire.

The Space:
This exceptional townhouse is close to everything in 'Old Torquay. The convenient ‘walk-everywhere’ position has many advantages - leave the car at home while you explore the seaside township, from cafés, shopping and dining, to fishing and watersports. Step out onto Bristol Rd to wander the café’s, supermarkets, fashion and homewares stores, or hire a kayak or stand-up paddleboard on the sparkling waters of Zeally Bay. Be inspired to walk along the coastline of this picturesque town, go surfing at Torquay Point, Jan Juc or Bells Beach, or play golf at the exclusive Golf Clubs (RACV and The Sands).

Upon entry, the high ceilings and private entrance welcome you inside. Everything is beautifully presented, and offers relaxed coastal living for short stays by the beach. The living room has been equipped with state-of-the-art electronic devices. Enjoy a wide selection of film, tv and sport options through the wall-mounted 8k, 75inch Samsung TV. What really brings the cinematic experience to life is the 5.1 surround sound Klipsch speakers, which are powered by The Denon 5.1 Channel 4K Ultra HD AV Receiver.

The sophisticated kitchen features stone benchtops, ample storage and quality appliances, including a 900mm oven/gas cooktop, dishwasher, and coffee pod machine. Fully-stocked crockery, cutlery and cookware, tea, coffee and some pantry essentials are provided. Kids will love sitting at the brekky bar, and the large timber dining table seats 8 guests.

The open plan dining and kitchen zone flows out to a superb outdoor entertaining area – a spacious setting for relaxation, with shade blinds that fully enclose the space for year-round enjoyment. Enjoy a glass of red by the open fireplace in the cooler months, and cook on the built-in BBQ in summer.

There is also a Robert Sport Foosball table in the outside undercover area, great entertainment and fun for all ages .

Upstairs, a small living area offers a day bed couch and small Smart TV, with 3 bedrooms budding off this landing.
Hotel quality sheets and towels are provided, but please BYO beach towels. Upstairs is a parents retreat, complete with a private east balcony for your morning coffee. Highlights of this room include the King bed, Smart TV, ( QLED 4K, 43 inch SAMSUNG FRAME smart TV.” ) reverse cycle air conditioning (RC-AC), ceiling fan, walk-in robe and ensuite (shower, toilet and vanity). Two further bedrooms on this floor include a Queen bed (RC-AC, ceiling fan, walk-in robe), and Twin Single beds (ceiling fan, built-in robe). These rooms share close access to the upstairs bathroom (bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet).

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

- 1 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores
- A 5 minute stroll to the surf shops.
- Or take a short 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.

Treat yourself to a bought coffee in the lovely organic café in the same square as Coles, just a couple of minutes’ walk away.

If you would like to go out for brunch, lunch, dinner, tapas or a few drinks, there are great cafes and wine bars in abundance all within a few minutes’ walk. Many places have ‘Happy Hour’. Gilbert Street and its surrounds is a great little area to explore as well as Bell St.

There are numerous little boutiques, and anything you could want in clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

If you go to the western end of Bristol Rd you will find Surf City Plaza, home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver and Rip Curl (both of which originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.

Excellent accommodation in great location
We absolutely loved this property. The supermarket and a wholefoods store were across the road which made it so convenient to grab coffees and food for our days. The beach and playgrounds were such an easy meander - our kids rode their bikes. The property itself was immaculate and the perfect setup for our family with all bedrooms on the same floor. Loved having hand wash at every sink/basin and shampoo/conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. I honestly could not fault this property! There was no backyard but the kids loved the foosball table in the built in undercover room and we went out each day to get all the beautiful sea air we needed .
