Seven Mile View - a property that exudes style and luxury and has every feature needed for a quality relaxing holiday in a modern Hamptons style home! This very spacious home is split across multiple levels with magnificent panoramic views stretching from one end of Seven Mile Beach to the other. The property is appointed with quality furnishings and appliances, and includes a swim spa, theatre room, multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, gas fireplace, butlers pantry. Seven Mile View also has an office space with bespoke cabinetry and desks making this an ideal house for people who want to take a short or extended break but still need to connect with their business or office.

Summer Season 26/27 (18 December to 21 January)
7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. To book, select these exact dates:

Where will I be?
Seven Mile View is located in Gerroa overlooking Seven Mile Beach. It is just a short walk to the beach, park and cafe. Gerroa is a small village, located five minutes drive from Gerringong and ten minutes to Berry.
Why choose Seven Mile View?
Seven Mile View is for those who want beachside luxury. This house boasts luxury fittings and appliances, multiple outdoor spaces with lounges and dining tables, as well as an outdoor TV & a swim spa! This expansive house is ideal for families and friends who need that extra space, or room for the kids to play. In addition to the office is a built in bench where the kids can use or recharge their devices. There is also a dedicated theatre room with 83" smart TV and surround sound system.
How is the property laid out?
Seven Mile View is a 3 level house additionally split into a few separate areas on the Middle Level. The Upper Level is the entry level. On this level is the kitchen, dining, living area with gas fire place and smart TV, and a large balcony with BBQ and outdoor seating with an outdoor TV, and a powder room. The Middle Level has the bedrooms, theatre room with 98" Cinema TV and surround sound system, additional living room, desk area, and office. The swim spa is accessed from this level and the deck has outdoor seating. The master bedroom has a walk-in-robe and ensuite, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom, and bedroom 4 has an ensuite. The laundry and mud room are located on the Lower Level.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with bench seating at the island bench. The appliances include gas cooktop and hotplate, Miele oven, Miele microwave oven, knock-to-open Miele dishwasher, beverage fridge, soda stream and butlers pantry.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Seven Mile View has a theatre room with 98" Cinema TV and surround sound system, with oversized lounges where you can lay back and watch your favourite show! This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please use your own login details to access streaming services.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Seven Mile View has two outdoor areas. The upper level deck has an outdoor dining table and lounge with outdoor TV and a BBQ and provides a perfect spot to take in the magnificent panoramic views of Seven Mile Beach. The lower level deck has a swim spa, outdoor dining table and lounge. Instructions for the spa will be sent in your pre-arrival email. There is an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.
Staying warm or keeping cool
Seven Mile View has ceiling fans in all bedrooms, as well as zoned ducted air conditioning / heating throughout the house. For cooler weather, a gas fireplace in the main living / kitchen. The house is perfectly placed to get the fresh sea breeze on a warm afternoon!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off-street car parking available underneath the car port at street level appropriate for two small cars or one big car. There is parking for a further two cars in the garage on the Lower Level, or for two cars on the paved area leading into the garage. Please note that the driveway is steep and it may be difficult to accommodate other vehicles like boats on a trailer. The driveway is shared with the vacant battle-axe block behind Seven Mile View, so it must not be blocked at any time. There is no street parking available near this property.
