This modern one bedroom one bathroom unit is fully self contained overlooking the pool. It has its own front door access and separate access to your EXCLUSIVE USEof the pool. Located within 150 metres walking distance to beautiful Buddina Beach and 150 metres also to the Mooloolah River. It is also a kilometre from a major shopping centre with cinemas and ten minutes drive to Mooloolaba. Across the road, you can walk to a choice of coffee shops, Thai restaurant and convenience store.

Hosts were lovely. The studio apartment had everything we needed and stylishly appointed. Every bit as good as the photos. While a little chilly to swim in the pool it was lovely to open the bifold door with the pool in view and sit having a cuppa. Plenty of shops and eateries near by. Thanks for a very pleasurable experience and stay.

Amazing suite

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days . It was so clean and provided every amenity we wanted. The location is very close to the beach, shopping areas and major highways. We LOVED our time here and highly recommend it to any couple wanting a perfect location to explore the Sunshine Coast.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We were blessed to stay here for nearly a week and had a wonderful time. It is a delightful place to stay, in a fantastic location, has everything you need and is very comfortable!We didn’t have a car but it is so close to the beach, canal, and several cafes you barely need one!

Lovely place!

This was so perfect for our little family to stay, it felt like a home away from home! With the beach a very short stroll away and a cafe and restaurant across the road it was so good! Close to everywhere you need to go. Everyone was so lovely. We were sad to leave

Ultimate getaway

Great place to stay, close to all amenities, Cafes & restaurants. Centrally located to the major Sunshine Coast attractions. Great walking track just up the road to Point Cartwright & the beach etc. Great hosts, we enjoyed our stay & had a great time. Highly recommended!

An extra day was available so extended our stay, host Kate so helpful and obliging for this process. Property is conveniently located to beautiful beaches, river and boats, walking paths, great coffee and bagels, couple eateries and short drive to extensive shopping complex.Modern, super clean thoughtfully equipped and tastefully decorated. Wouldn't hesitate to return.Thank you Kate and Paul for most enjoyable stay, we'll be back! Liz and Dave

2 Relaxing days at Buddina

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely modern accommodation, thoughtfully well appointed, clean and comfy. The location is a short walk to the beach and coffee shop as well as meals. Lovely walks along the waterfront. A quick drive to the shopping centre too. The pool was very relaxing and inviting. Such a nice little part of the Sunshine coast :)

Perfect

This property is simply delightful. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed including the private pool. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Shopping Centre, walking paths, glorious beach, cafes and so forth. The hostess Kate is so kind, professional and helpful. A wonderful experience and we will be booking annually from now on. No need to look any further. Highly recommend.

slice of paradise on the Sunny Coast!

Beautifully presented and appointed unit!! Much attention to detail and decorated to feel homely. The property managers were such beautiful people, nothing a bother. Offered kindness and I was made to feel very welcome. Thanks Kate and Paul :)

An absolute gem! 5 star quality!

This unit is an absolute gem of a place to stay in. It has everything you need and more for an enjoyable stay. The quality is superb! and the pool was brilliant to relax in. I've travelled to 32 different countries and this place is by far one of the best I've ever stayed in. Dishwasher, FULL sized fridge and washer/dryer. Quality linen and towels. The most comfy rocking leather seats to watch movies in. Having Netflix is a bonus when you are an international traveller and your own countries Netflix often does not have much international choices. The only downside was..... my stay here was too short. Kate and Paul were very helpful and great hosts. I'll definitely be back again :-) :-)

Buddina Holiday

It was a great property to stay at. The place was clean and the kitchen had all the utensils and crockery that was needed. There is a large fridge if you want to store any food shopping that you do. It was great to have a laundry to do some washing and the clothes horse helped to dry our clothes. Due to the warm weather and high humidity the pool in the yard was a perfect way to cool down. There are beautiful walks to do in the area with 3 cafes to choose from. The beach is 5 min away and if you like jumping waves then it is ideal. There is only one restaurant near the property and so you need to walk 15-20 min ( if you do not have a car) to Kawana Shopping centre that has Coles, Woolworths and other speciality shops including a cinema. The bus station is across the road from the shopping centre if you want to visit other beach areas. However you need to visit Aldi to get a go explorer card. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the property.
