Spacious modern dog & family friendly home, close to the beach

This modern 4 bedroom home is perfect for a couple, a large family or group. The property can comfortably accommodate up to nine people and the family dog. There are dedicated spaces to to socialise indoors and out or chill with a book, watch TV or break out a board game.

Located in the Swan View estate backing onto the tranquil Edwards Point reserve and just a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the beach.

St Leonards is a quiet beachfront town with excellent cafes and many local high quality wineries and eateries.

This modern home boasts 4 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults and 5 kids. There is a double lock up garage, 2 large driveways and space to store a boat behind a lockable gate.

There is a second bathroom with bath tub and seperate toilet.

2 big lounge rooms each with 60" smart TVs, sound bars and one with Playstation 3 and DVD player. A range of DVDs. video games, books and board games call also be found.
Super fast NBN provided. All TVs are smart and can access all current streaming platforms with guest access to Amazon Prime.

Gas central heating and 2 split system air conditioners to keep you cool in summer.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine (pods provided), bread maker and all essentials.

A fully secured backyard features an alfresco, outdoor setting and BBQ with plenty of room for playing games and your puppy dog. Some sporting equipment and balls also available.

Be sure to enjoy the scenery with a beachside walk into town and try the coffee and breakfast at Two Daughters cafe or stop in at the St Leonards hotel for a bite and social drink.

Bedrooms, linen and sheets are provided for the number of guests advised at time of booking.

With our comfy beds, modern conveniences and large backyard/alfresco the whole family will love their stay at Swanning 'round.

The property was very clean and modern. It catered for us and our pet very well. We had a lovely stay, albeit for some unseasonal whether, at St Leonards. The property was very close to the beach. I highly recommend staying at this property as it is ideal for couples and families with pets. Jodie was keeping us informed prior and during our stay. She made things very easy for us, so thank you Jodie.

Large well equipped modern accomodation

Property is very well equipped with everything you would need for short or long stay. Great sized backyard for your kids and your favourite pooch. Very clean with plenty of room for families - 2 living areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break.

Home away from home

Had a fantastic time away at the house, it was very clean and close to shops and the beach,the kids enjoyed the big backyard and the toys that were there, great people to deal with would highly recommend

This property was comfortable enough and well stocked but I suggest guests takes photos of any existing damage on arrival. Landlords struggle with normal ware and tare on property. If guests have any knee problems the lounge furniture is quite low to the ground .We had three adults who required a bed room each. One adult had to sleep on the bottom of a bunk bed with a single mattress.

Our favourite place to stay!

This is our second stay here, and it certainly won't be our last! The home is beautiful, spotless, and truly feels like a home away from home. The owners are wonderful—kind, and welcoming. The outdoor space is absolutely stunning, providing the perfect area for both children and dogs to play. The home is located in a quiet estate and only a short drive from the beach. We love staying here!

Plenty of room for everything

We had three generations staying at the property - Mum and I just wanted a midweek getaway, while daughter monopolised the dining table with university coding work. The separate tv space meant we could all use the house and enjoy our time together without getting in each other’s hair.The place was spotless and everything worked as it should.

Very Comfortable

Great stay. It has everything - smart TV's, secure parking, secure yard, large fridge and a good variety of appliances and kitchen equipment. Comfy bed and ample lounge seating. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again if we are returning to the area.

Beautiful Place

The house is a beautiful place and our Cavilier really enjoyed it as well. Secure backyard, ideal for a family and your furbaby. A little far to walk to the shops but a short drive. Would recommend this place.

Wonderful St Leonards

The property was excellent. It was very clean, had lots of space indoors and outdoors. Perfect for children and adults. Not far from St Leonard’s shops. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. We would stay there again.
