Centrally located 3 bedroom 2 bathroom close to stores, restaurants and downtown

Freda was my worst guest ever. She complained about everything including dust on a planter (literally a little bit of a planter in the bathroom). I’ve hosted and stayed at many Airbnb but wouldn’t recommend her. She tried blackmailing me for a refund and when looking at her profile notice it was a brand new 2023 profile. I was trying to be super accommodating but her and her friends smoked weed and stuck up my place. She would call at all times of the day about small things like how to turn on the shower among other things. I try to be the perfect host but would never ever recommend this guest unless you want a headache and to be stressed out

Hi, in the description it does say portable A/C as this is an older home. I did try accommodating you the best I could including getting a special water for your sleep apnea. Hope you enjoyed your last minute stay before heading to your cruise. In terms of the bed I have medium mattress beds as most of my guest are over 30 and would hate a soft bed (including myself) as it’s bad for their backs. Hey! I didn’t know the outside bench was broken since I was never notified but it’s been fixed. The forks, knife, and spoon set was something I realized too since I ordered 40 set but my guess is guest just through them in the garbage and I didn’t notice. The single/queen bed mattress is only 8 months old ordered from a mattress store but I never got a chance to sleep on it. The reason there’s only four chairs in the kitchen because it won’t fit a bigger table/chairs. My apologies it didn’t work but I wish you messaged me. I would have tried to accommodate your needs.
