The Space:
This stunning property is located right on the Great Ocean Road just past the iconic arch. Inside you will find two comfortable bedrooms and a simple family bathroom with separate toilet. Uninterrupted ocean views from the kitchen, lounge and dining areas that opens out via large sliding doors onto a balcony that wraps its way around the ocean view side of the property. There is a sun lounge on one side of the balcony and a lovely outdoor setting on the other side where you will soak up the unparalleled views that go on forever, the perfect place to be with family and friends. The property has a slow burning wood fire & split system air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. With beach access directly across the road this is the next location of your perfect beach holiday, WIFI included.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
