There are ceiling fans throughout and the Master Bedroom also enjoys reverse cycle air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the family sized swimming pool within the complex.

Guest Access:
You'll enjoy your own private access from the ground floor and will rise one flight of stairs to the first floor apartment. There is a lock box available on site for convenient check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Pippi Beach is a pristine white sandy beach with great surf and is directly accessible from the front of the apartment. The beach is long and perfect for morning and afternoon strolls. It's overlooked by Lover's Point which offers a wonderful vantage of the length of Pippi Beach and Angourie beyond, as well as back toward Convent Beach, Main Beach and the break wall.

La Ronde Three is a relatively flat walk to town and a short stroll to the top of "Yamba hill" where there are more restaurants adjacent to the Pacific Hotel. Ager Park and children's playground is nearby and overlooks Pippi and Convent Beach.

Getting Around:
The pool is fully fenced and shared with the four apartments.
Strictly no smoking, pets, parties or loud music.
