Welcome to South Coast Retreat in Inverloch, where all the goings on of everyday life can be forgotten, holidays enjoyed and memories made.

This comfortable and modern holiday home offers views of the nature filled Screw Creek reserve right opposite. These views and the sight and sounds it provides can be also enjoyed from the upstairs balcony leading off the open plan kitchen living and dining space, it is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning cuppa as the sun rises.

The home can accommodate up to 8 guests in the 3 bedrooms which are all located downstairs, with the master at the front of the home offering a walk in robe and ensuite. In addition, there is also a new sofa bed in the downstairs lounge that sleeps an additional 2 guests if needed.

There is space for everyone to enjoy with a living space downstairs, complete with wood fire, the perfect "hang out" place on a cold and wet winters day. Doubles as a great kids games area.

Upstairs there is a second living area, adjoining the open plan kitchen and dining area, and opens onto the spacious rear deck, the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ with friends or family on a summer evening. Help yourself to some herbs or veggies in the herb gardens that enjoy the northern sunshine.

The kids will not be bored when a day home from one of the nearby beaches is in order with a spacious and secure backyard, and you can sit back with a good book listening to the giggles of the children playing and yet another deck on the ground level. An outdoor fire pit with some marshmallows will delight everyone in the evenings.

Features of this well equipped home away from home to further enhance your visit, are split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine and a dishwasher.

The home is a leisurely walk to the beach along the pathways meandering through Screw Creek Nature reserve and a quick 3 minute drive into the heart of Inverloch shops.

Please note - Shed/garage not available for guest use, however, the property does offer an undercover carport

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
