Sea Oats 204 -Home away from home- Vacation Rental -(Gold Tier) is a three bedroom and two bath vacation rental with a Gulf Front Balcony overlooking our beautiful, white sugar sand beach. This 2nd floor vacation rental is spacious with a comfortable Living room/ dining room combo. Full size, fully equipped kitchen complete with everything needed to enjoy dining at home. Living room and main bedroom have an adjoining balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf. Flat Panel Televisions and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms.

Sleeping accommodations - Condo only sleeps six persons. Main bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Two full baths with double sink vanities. Full Size Washer & dryer.

Private tennis court, recently refurbished. Free wireless internet access. Free local calls. No smoking. Two parking spaces. On Beach Trolley line. Saturday arrivals only during peak seasons. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6.

Perfect Beach Condo !

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay with our 2 kids and my In-Laws. The condo was exceptional in every way and had everything that we needed and more. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone, comfortable beds, easy access to the pool and beach. Close to the convenience store and multiple great restaurants (Conch Republic specifically) We will definitely try to stay here again in the future and can’t recommend it enough.

This condo is perfect for you if you want to have easy, convenient access to the beach as well as a wonderful pool area! Very close to shopping and entertainment, a must stay!

Spring getaway

It was a fantastic week. Sea Oats 204 was as advertised. Kitchen was fantastic. The hosts were very responsive. Fantastic views at gorgeous sunsets every night off the balcony. Pool was warm even with unseasonably cold temps on a couple days. A great week away.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Exactly as described. Check in/out was super easy/fast. Property is well maintained and you cant beat the view! We have been coming to Florida for 13 years and this was by far our favorite condo!

Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful location overlooking the gulf. Plenty of wildlife to be seen from the balcony including birds and dolphins. The place was clean and had mostly everything we needed in terms of kitchenware. If I was to complain, there were no decent beach chairs provided. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely go back.

Wonderful vacation

Took grandkids for Spring break…. Nice size unit, beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. The units floors could have been cleaner, the kids socks were black from walking on the floors. Other than that was wonderful unit. Would stay there again.

The condo and beach were great. Our only criticism would be the ladies at the check in desk. It seemed the few times we had to speak with them they were not very friendly. We often vacation together and always to Florida. Maybe the front desk ladies don’t like their job. Too bad because they are who we meet from your company.

Family Vacation

Great cleanly place. Check in was 3/5 (had to go to another facility to check in) No one available on site at rented facility. Facility was clean and in a good location. Short distance from any needs/restaurants/activities. Had issues with dishwasher and dryer. Request for maintenance was delayed and had to have two different services come for dryer. Only complaint is any other facility rented had minimal spices. Some wouldn't like that, just makes it easier for a short stay. Other than that , would consider staying again

I had seen some reviews that were not very good from a few years ago, but I was so happy when we got there! The unit was beautifully decorated, perfect view of the ocean, HUGE kitchen, big closets, perfect layout for our family, and it was super clean! Their cleaning person does an amazing job! I have also never seen a condo as well stocked as this one was, she has absolutely everything you need for the perfect vacation. Do not hesitate to rent this condo, you can thank me after your stay. 😉

Gorgeous Beachfront Views and Well Furnished Condo

It's right on the beach, and the views, especially sunsets, from the private balcony are terrific! JC Resort Mgmt was easy and professional to deal with (thank you, Pam!). The pool is clean, plenty of sunloungers and some shady areas too. It was just my husband and me so we only used the master bedroom - the king bed was firm and comfortable, the shower was great.The kitchen was well-stocked but we didn't find any wine glasses, so I spoke to the office and they gave me 4. Also I didn't find a cheese grater; bring one if you need it. There is both a Mr.Coffee and K-cup coffee maker (Keurig?), and a blender. We enjoyed eating on the balcony with the sound of the sea and that view. Each evening we had a drink there at 5:30 pm to watch the sunset. There are 4 chairs and 1 small drinks table on the balcony (not really suited for a meal but we made it work). Basic instructions for using the smart TV would have saved some time (2 different remotes).There were only 1 rusty beach chair (works fine) and a nice beach umbrella, also 2 canvas folding lawn chairs and some water toys. It's true that no promises were made for beach chairs. But, people are there for the beach! When I asked at the office they said it's not part of their program to provide beach chairs and they don't inventory them in the condos. My suggestion is to write it in the lease: "Your unit includes X number of beach chairs and you will be charged $X per chair for any missing chairs at the end of your rental." We came by plane and could not bring our own beach chairs. They were $50 each at the shops on Gulf Blvd. We had good meals at Conch Republic, Coco Wood Grill, Coastal Pizza Kitchen and Kenny's Korner (all walking distance); and Gulf Bistro and Pete's Sushi & Poke in Madeira Beach. Nachman's Seafood (fishmonger) is a short walk and very good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all, the condo is in very good condition. It was very spacious for our family of 6. The location was in a central area with all shopping needed within a few miles away. The only complaint is the pool was only cleaned once the entire stay and we had tropical storm Betty go through on our second day there. The pool wasn`t cleaned until day 5 of our stay. There was a lot of palm tree and small gravel debris in the pool. We did complain but it still took 3 days for the cleaner to come out. The check in and out process needs some work also.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, the condo was trashed and dirty (including blood on the sheets). It was not touched at all by the cleaning staff, despite them saying it was cleaned and "inspected". Staff was rude when reporting this and it took persistence for them to finally reimbursement a very small amount (one night). I don't feel this was acceptable. In addition, elevator was broke for awhile (we had a handicapped person so this was not ideal at all). Kitchen sink's water never worked properly. Water pressure in the showers were terrible and there weren't enough beach chairs for anyone (only two available for a place that housed 6 people). Not ideal when everyone is flying and cannot take beach chairs. Lastly, there were ants and other small bugs consistently on the kitchen counters.

The house was not equipped as well with cooking equipment. I was disappointed in the laundry room it was not clean and the dryer was not easy to use the got much effort to close.

No answer... help after sleeping in a night of humidity (which affected my husbands diabetic medications) only to greatly have it fixed the next day early afternoon. Frustrated but glad it was taken care of. Beautiful condo. I do wish they had a bathtub.
