Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Island Villa located in the top-rated Ramada resort on Phillip Island. The recently renovated Villa features 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, bright & sunny open-plan living, dining & kitchen area, fully equipped laundry & 2 outdoor living areas, the secluded larger/north facing deck provides the perfect place to gather and enjoy a meal with family & friends. Guests have the free use all resort facilities.
Nestled amongst the trees, this quietly located Villa is the perfect spot to relax, unwind & reset.
Isla Villa offers 3 bedrooms with built in robes, 2 bathrooms with toilet, basin, shower & hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge, microwave & coffee machine. Open-plan living with dining table, large flat screen smart TV with Netflix included & free wifi. There are 2 decked areas, the larger includes a bbq & outdoor dining table. The Villa is equipped with both heating and air conditioning to ensure your stay is comfortable for all seasons. The villa includes all linen/bath towels, toiletries & tea/coffee making facilities.
The Ramada Resort is set on 65 acres of bushland with pools, tennis courts, gyms, a café, bar and much more.
Cowes is the heart of Phillip Island and has attractions for all ages such as;
The Penguin Parade, GP Track, Chocolate Factory, Churchill Island, wineries and gorgeous beaches. The Villa is only 3 minutes from Cowes shopping precinct for all your needs.

Guests have the full use of all facilities within the Ramada resort. These include 3 swimming pools - indoor & outdoor, sauna, hot tub & spa pool, gyms, restaurant/bar bbq areas, children’s playgrounds, free bike hire, tennis courts & much more.

Let us introduce ourselves, our family consists of myself Lisa, my husband Toby & our 4 children. We have stayed in many Short Term Rentals over the years and have collated all the ‘must haves’ into the Villa so guests can have a very enjoyable experience. If you are looking at staying at Isla Villa, we guarantee you will be pleased with the quality and attention to detail given.
