Our 4BR/2BA home offers the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. Step out the front door into the tree-lined streets and walk just minutes to the heart of Andersonville for some exciting and historic neighborhood culture or to the Red Line which grants access to everything the City has to offer! Whether you are in town as a tourist, visiting friends, or on business, you will feel right at home!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.  Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Second Floor of a walk up building, there is no elevator so please be mindful if you have anyone with you who has mobility issues.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

College Graduation
Our family all came in from out of state to attend our daughter’s graduation. We had 6 adults so it was perfect. At the last minute we had another person who wanted to join us so we ended up getting another VRBO which was within walking distance to accommodate our whole group. It was great to have access to a washer & dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The owner of the house was super great, she brought a bottle of champagne to celebrate the graduate. Access to the Red Line made it so easy to get into downtown and Loyola Lakeshore campus. We walked around in Andersonville (Clark and Broadway) at night and felt safe. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Heading to Northwestern
The property was great. The living area was a little smaller than we thought but worked for the 5 of us. We were taking our youngest to Northwestern and the location worked very well for that. Close to Evanston. Close to Chicago. I did not understand the verification process to get the check in and property access info as I had never done it before. It was a little bit much in my opinion. Having to upload a photo with my ID made me nervous. But the management company was very responsive and in the end there were no issues. Would recommend this property highly. (even came with a wine bottle opener!!)

Good neighborhood, decent property
Probably my favorite neighborhood in Chicago. Felt very safe. Found consistent street parking. Property is slightly on the older side, but was clean and spacious (for Chicago). Would stay again.
