Located within a peaceful, resort-style community that’s right next to the picturesque Jordanelle Reservoir, Fox Bay H101 is a beautifully designed two-bedroom condo with a sleek, contemporary style. The star of this first-floor oasis is the modern LIVING AREA. At the end of a day full of mountain adventures, you’ll love returning to this inviting space with its plush slate blue sofa and crackling, tile-front fireplace. Above the fireplace flames is the huge HDTV— ideal for a Netflix binge or watching the game. Pour yourself a drink, order some takeout, and enjoy a lovely, laid-back evening with friends or family. Through the sunny glass doors is an OUTDOOR PATIO with a gas grill and a small alfresco dining space.

Next to the living area is the open KITCHEN— complete with crisp white shaker-style cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, and a chic chevron-tiled backsplash. Premier appliances include a large refrigerator, an electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Smaller appliances like a toaster and a Keurig coffeemaker make breakfast prep a breeze. There’s also a convenient island with bar stool seating for two, plus a formal DINING SPACE with seating for four more.

In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a luxe queen-size bed sits underneath a modern ceiling fan. In the ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM, there’s a marble-topped vanity and a glass-enclosed, step-in shower. The GUEST BEDROOM is located down a short hallway and features a queen-size bed and an HDTV. Another full BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway.
