Perfect getaway on beautiful island <br>

“Blue Water Cottage” is a family owned 4-season cottage, provides comfortable living in the wild. It’s located on Deer Island at Honey harbour with deep clean and water. 1.5 hours drive from Toronto and about short 6 minutes boat ride from marina.
Cottage has 320ft long waterfront with breath taking view just like the Group of Seven’s art, large private dock for you to swim off, to dock your boat, fishing, kayaking and chairs, umbrellas for you to relax under the sun.
Cottage has spacious 1500sqft, clean, bright and airy:
•Great room area has cathedral ceiling with huge windows facing lake.
•Bedroom #1 --Master king bedroom with ensuite 3-piece bathroom.
•Bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed
•Bedroom #3 on loft, with two queen beds, share 2nd full bathroom with bedroom #2
•Open concept dinning and kitchen area, well equipped for you to prepare and enjoy meals with friends and family. Includes fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, gas stove/oven, rice cooker, water kettle, coffee maker, cooking wares, dishes, utensils, paper towels, dish soap, potable dishwasher. IMPORTANTLY: we have filtered drinkable water. We provide salt, paper & some basic seasonings, coffee and tea.
•Large dock wrap around the front of cottage, has dining table with umbrella and gas BBQ, chairs and hammock.
•We provide blankets, pillows, linens and towels.
•Also cottage has washer/dryer, detergent, iron and vacuum. Also has smart TV, board games, books and magazines.
•There’s a gas power generator, so you will not experience power outage at cottage.

Guests can access the whole property and you can use 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, 2 finishing rods, floating pad, noodles, adult size life jackets. For younger guests, please bring your own properly fitted life jackets.

How to get there:
Drive to Honey Harbour and park your car at Village Marina or Honey Harbor Boat Club Marina, parking cost is around $10-12 per day per car. Then take water taxi from marina, cottage is only 6 minutes boat ride away.

If you bring your own boat , you can launch it at marinas, call marinas to arrange launch time in advance and to confirm launching cost. Please consider marina’s operating hours (9-5) when you plan your arrival time, most marina will close for boat launching after regular hours. With your boat, you can explore Georgian Bay thirty thousand islands the world biggest freshwater archipelago, Georgian Bay Islands National Park is just minutes boat ride away from our cottage.
