The formal living room, adorned with charming bay window seating, offers serene views of the front garden and a cozy spot for TV viewing. At the rear, a sun-drenched chill-out zone is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a movie. French doors lead to a rear deck, while the laundry provides convenient amenities including a washing machine and dryer.

The downstairs area features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first offers a queen-size bed, the second can be configured with two king singles or a king, and the third includes a single bed. Each room boasts ample cupboard storage, soothing views of the surrounding greenery, and easy access to the stylish family bathroom, which includes a bath, separate shower, and toilet.

CAN YOU BRING PETS: No. however there may be exceptions – please speak to our office for more information. Owners would prefer outdoors only if pets are permitted but once again owners will consider each individual situation.

OFFICE, BUNGALOW AND BOAT: The upstairs office and back bungalow are not available for guest use. The boat is not available for guest’s use.
