Excellelnt location for ski trips. 10 minutes to Beaver Valley Ski Club and 25 minutes to the top of Blue Mountain. ONLY YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY HAVE USE OF THE ENTIRE PREMISES!!! 2 hrs north of Toronto! This is an upper storey loft accommodation. ALL GUESTS MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS, OR BE CARRIED AS IN THE CASE OF SMALL CHILDREN. Large upper storey deck with loungers, table, chairs, and BBQ for alfresco dining when the weather permits.
Fly your kite or fish off a private island, or play bocce ball. Well appointed accommodation suitable for a family of up to 6 people, 3 Bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to 6! Modern full sized kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, pots, pans, plates, dishes, glasses, cutlery, bowls, etc., microwave, coffeemaker, kettle and toaster. Dining room suite seats 4, with added eating area island. 4 pc. bath with standard 5 ft. Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Lower level 2 pc bath conveniently located. Bed Linens and bath towels provided. Large deck overlooking the ponds and Lake Eugenia, enjoy BBQ grilling and eating outdoors up in the trees. Immaculately clean, nonsmoking and no pets premises. Bring your bikes, and outdoor games. Girls trip!

My friends and I booked the property for 2 nights. We had the best time here and are already planning a trip back! The house was clean and was the perfect size for us. The lake dock is the perfect spot and we spent the majority of our time there but there are so many areas to hangout. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely spot adjacent to Lake Eugenia

This was a nice stay with a private pond and fire pit right in front of the Carriage House. We liked the deck and the view of the pond! Peaceful lake during the weekdays only 30 minutes from Collingwood.

Nice place to stay

Was very happy when we arrive that Lilla showed us areound the cottage and the area, when we can do and can not do. Room we so confutable and easy access to everything we needed. I would recommend this to other and would come back again. Once again i really enjoy this trip.

Great peaceful getaway near family

Terrific cottage in secluded wooded environment. Had everything we needed, even to host our local family for a brunch. Great seating and deck. Overlooking a pond with partial lake view through trees. It is a beautiful walk to huge lakefront accesses. Multiple docs. Ask about how to find big dock and canoe access. Amazing canoe trip and coffee spot in the morning!

This property encourages vacationers to be active outdoors, with plenty to do or just sit by the water's edge and contemplate the mysteries of life. Room for everyone to enjoy their favourite activities. Practice your baseball or soccer skills or fly a kite without worry, swim in the lake or take a dip in the spring fed ponds. Take your bike on the long country roads or even just our 1 km long laneway. For the avid hiker the Bruce trail is nearby and offers plenty of adventures.

This large acreage is park, meadow, woods, and water front all in one place! Be sure to wear good walking shoes, be it hikers or sneakers, flip flops or your favourite Birkies as there is lots to explore on foot! The 10 minute or less walk to our most private of waterfronts is well worth the effort with a large dock to lounge on and the not too deep waters to splash about in. You and your family will not be seen or heard, providing lots of privacy, and this treasure is all yours when you book with us. The two ponds are conveniently located steps away from the building where the accommodation is housed. Wonderful play area for the older children to have fun with water sports or frogging while dad gets the burgers on at the firepit or on gas grill upstairs while mom chills on the dock managing the scene and nursing her cocktail! This location also provides ample privacy, and you will feel the carefree abandon of the great outdoors. If however you enjoy the claustrophobic atmosphere of big busy and dirty cities, this place is NOT for you. If you cannot walk short to mid distances or climb stairs, please do NOT book with us. This property offers peace and quiet, and back to nature. We welcome those who respect these values!
