The unit was very good, all that we expected to make our stay comfortable and relaxing, although we were not told there would be stairs at the property.One thing I would recommend that you provide an update on your check in procedures. We were not provided with any details about checking in from the rear of the property, the remote to the property would not work ( we had to call the manager), and we had no idea what all the keys were for- we think we only needed 3 keys ( once we had worked them out) and also it would be good to be told the size of the garage - a four wheel drive would not fit. My car only just fitted, but had to be parked very carefully over one side to allow you to get out of the car. The agent was very pleasant but I think could have paid more attention to detail.
