Comfortable and convenient, this coastal unit in Moffat Beach combines charm with coastal living to achieve the ultimate escape for families on holiday or couples looking for a romantic getaway. With two bedrooms, a home-like living room, and one recently renovated bathroom, this dog-friendly unit will transform to be your next home-away-from-home. Located in one of the most sought-after pockets of Caloundra; Moffat Beach, this unit is ideal for exploring the Sunshine Coast in comfort and convenience!
This unit caters to your every comfort with its stylish and smart bedrooms, cosy living area and well-stocked kitchen with a reverse osmosis filtered water system. As you enter through the front door, you first be greeted with a pleasant kitchen and dining area that features a dining table with seating for four people.
Adjoining the kitchen/dining is the cosy living room that is complete with a three-seater couch, a large 55” smart tv, complimentary Disney+, and a stocked bookshelf full of puzzles and games. There is also a doggy door so your four-legged friend can come and go and they please.
Located just off the living area is the master bedroom that is spacious and features a comfortable king bed, another smart TV (40”) and an ensuite. This room also contains its very own air-conditioning unit and a wardrobe.
The ensuite serves as the main bathroom for this unit and contains a shower, vanity and toilet.
Styled tastefully, the second bedroom features two single beds, a wardrobe and an air-conditioning unit. This bedroom also features a work space with a large screen monitor, keyboard, mouse, audio & (privacy shielded) webcam, and multiple device charging options.
With plenty of room for the kids and dogs to play, the outdoors features a spacious well-manicured outdoor area. Complete with a deck, BBQ and outdoor dining setting, this space is perfect for entertaining outdoors or just enjoying the infamous Sunshine Coast weather. There is also an outdoor shower that makes washing off the salt and sand easier than ever. The spacious yard is perfectly secure and fully fenced to ensure your four-legged friends are safe and content. Decorated with outdoor fairy lights, the scene is set for a romantic or relaxed evening, allowing you to soak up the outdoors and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

You will have access to the entire downstairs unit and the fully-fenced front yard. Please note the house itself is a shared property that is split between the upstairs unit and the downstairs unit (this listing you are currently on). The upstairs is a separate, self-sufficient space that is also rented out as a holiday listing. If you have a larger group, this may be beneficial as you can book both units together. Each of the two self-contained units have fully secure, separate entries and there is sound proofing between each level.
The Neighborhood:
From the property, a very short stroll will take you straight to the sandy beaches of Shelly, Moffat, and Kings beach, along with local shops, and cafes, as well as both private and public schools. Caloundra’s Bulcock St, markets and eateries are just over 1km away, making everything in easy walking distance. Those searching for the ultimate beach lifestyle need to search no further, this is the perfect relaxation destination for your next family holiday.
Getting Around:
This unit is within walking distance to many beaches, attractions, restaurants, and cafes.
The closest beach (Shelly Beach) is 600m away (7-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, walking to the dog and taking an afternoon stroll. Moffat Beach (a 10-minute stroll) is great for surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. The home is central to lots of activities and attractions:
- Maroochydore airport is a 25-minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 65-minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15-minute drive
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive

Dogs are allowed inside but not to be on the beds, lounges, or other house furniture. No unattended dogs to be left indoors. Barking to be controlled indoors and at night. Floor areas are all easy clean floors with no rugs or carpet areas. Guests will incur extra charges to repair any pet damage or stains.
*Please note the house itself is a shared property that is split between the upstairs unit and the downstairs unit (this listing you are currently on). The upstairs is a separate, self-sufficient space that is also rented out as a holiday listing. If you have a larger group, this may be beneficial as you can book both units together. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
