The Space:

Walking into this thoughtfully decorated unit will put you instantly at ease with its soothing color tones and natural light throughout. The large living room invites relaxation with a comfortable sectional couch and TV area with windows overlooking palm trees and the pool.
The open concept kitchen and attached dining area allow for connection as meals are prepped, served and enjoyed. The dining area has a large table that seats six and is surrounded by windows that welcome in the sun you're here to soak up. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and extra seating on barstools at the counter. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with 2 comfortable queen beds and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and stylish ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king bed, dresser and nightstands, a walk in closet and a mounted TV. An ensuite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) is equipped with a tub/shower combo.

With access to a shared heated pool and short distance to the beach, this is the perfect home base for your South Florida vacation!

The Neighborhood:

Just north of Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach is known for its beaches, marinas, and offshore coral reef, which provides for some amazing scuba diving opportunities.

Most Florida vacations just aren't complete without a trip to the beach and Pompano Beach doesn't disappoint! With over three miles of public beach access, there's plenty of space to swim, sunbathe, or enjoy a picnic on the sandy white beach and aquamarine Atlantic ocean.
But there's so much more to see and do in Pompano Beach. Take a stroll along the Pier, see what the fisherpeople are bringing in and enjoy the views!

For those always seeking adventure, outdoor activities are a top attraction in Pompano Beach. Fort Lauderdale Watersports offers parasailing with a 100% safety rating and personal jet-ski rentals for a thrill. If you're with a group, check out iOutdoor Fishing Adventures to explore the intercoastal and backwater canal with a fishing charter tour.

Take a ride on the Pompano Beach Water Taxi for a relaxing tour of “The Venice of America”. Cruise down the waterway passing gorgeous mansions and historical sites.

Pompano Beach has several art galleries, like the Pat Anderson gallery. Head downtown to the Creative Arts District and enjoy the rotating art exhibit. Take in a live ballet performance at Pompano Beach Cultural Center. Check out paintings and photography from local artists at Bailey Contemporary Arts Center. Maybe you'll get lucky enough to watch a live music performance at Pompano Beach Amphitheater, which seats 3,000 people.

If hunting for eclectic gems is calling your name, it's made easy at Festival Flea Market. More than 800 stores, booths, and kiosks feature everything from electronics to antiques.

Last, but not least, don't overlook some of the city's most loved restaurants. Here are some of our favorites: Marvel at the views at the Oceanic, while you feast on Sun-Kissed Shrimp, Mahi-Mahi, and other seafood dishes. Longing for an authentic Italian meal? You'll fall in love with the Veal Parmigiana and Shrimp Francese at Gianni's Italian Restaurant. Enjoy a unique evening of traditional Mediterranean cuisine and live belly dancing La Vie Lebanese Restaurant. If you're not familiar, try out vegan comfort food like “Surf's Up” Vegan Surf & Turf Dinner or Vegan Chili Cheese Fries at The Rabbit Hole. Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items
