Spacious 2 bedroom, well appointed, self contained guesthouse located in the Perth Hills, just minutes from award winning wineries, cafes, restaurants, walk trails, wildlife, national parks and other delightful attractions including the Perth Observatory and Zig Zag Art Gallery in the beautiful iconic Perth Hills Wine Region.
Conveniently located at the gateway to the beautiful Bickley Valley, 20 minutes away from the airport and 35 minutes from the CBD, it's your hideaway/retreat from the hustle bustle of everyday life. Far enough away to escape, yet not far away from anywhere.
The Guesthouse is detached and to the side of the main house (where the owners reside), and has its own parking and entrance. This allows visitors the full use of the Guesthouse area and privacy with the luxury of the owner being close by should you need anything.

Communication with Pia was veru easy, she was patient and extremely helpful. The house was VERY clean and tidy. Helpful signage everywhere, kitchen well stocked, rooms very comfortable with quality linen.It was SO peaceful there, you can literally shut your busy life out and breathe again!

Guest house was amazing! Our hostess could not have done more to make us feel welcome! Everything was there that we needed. Beautiful outlook, with very comfy beds! The house was immaculate and a pleasure to stay in. We will definitely be back! Also perfect location - not too far from the city yet we felt like we were in the country! The Guest house was fantastic. It was a cosy home away from home where I was able to work and hubby could flit around the city to his hearts content.I was hoping to sit and read under the willow tree which would have been a dream come true, but alas the weather had different plans for us.

Perfection!

Pia’s place outshone all expectations; we were delighted on arrival and continued to be looked after as if we were family.The kitchen/bathroom/laundry/rooms were stocked with everything we could possibly want and it was bliss to watch the alpacas from Pia’s gorgeous garden of a sunny morn.Pia was so accomodating and thoughtful over the Xmas holiday, providing us a peaceful escape after long days of family and sight-seeing.

Beautiful cottage in great location

This is a beautiful property located close enough to everything that drew us to the Perth Hills and yet far enough away to feel like a quiet, private retreat. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The gardens around the house and the green views out the back add to the charm of this property. Excellent outdoor areas, perfectly positioned to enjoy breakfast as well as evening drinks out in the fresh air. Offstreet parking. The best part of the property are the hosts who make themselves available to help with anything you might need during.your stay. Great checkin process and ezcellent communication. Felt like a home away from home. Look forward to returning.

A Home away from Home

If you are looking for a home away from Home, then this property will fit the bill. Nestled in the foothills of the Darling Ranges it is a quiet, tranquil retreat for exploring the area around the Bickley Valley and Mundaring Weir. The bedrooms were spacious with a BIG Jack and Jill bathroom and the combined Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area was so easy to relax in. Pia and her family were perfect hosts, close by if needed, but completely unobtrusive. If you are attending a wedding in the area as we were, then this spacious holiday home is an absolute must. Said it was a guest house. Yes only a 2 bedroom but all the hallmarks of an actual home beautifully presented and spacious. Could not fault this property and the massive pool spa with massaging jets after a long week of golfing at Hartfeild was the icing on the cake!

Brilliant holiday

We were very delighted to stay at this beautifully designed and decorated home. We found the hosts to be perfect, there when needed, but then just allowed us to enjoy the property. We are already talking about a revisit to Australia and would definitely want to stay there again. We have no problem recommending it to family and friends. Many thanks

Welcome to “Ping Willows Guesthouse” – this recently renovated guesthouse is set in a great location at the gateway to Kalamunda and the beautiful Bickley Valley - offering a rare advantage of that “country feeling” but still within minutes of all the local amenities.
This 2 bedroomed guesthouse is situated to the side of the main house (where the owners live) and has a separate driveway with designated guest parking, keeping the property totally private – with the luxury of the owners being close by should you need anything!
Open plan lounge/dining area & kitchen offering full oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning – perfect for those hot sunny days/cool winter nights.
The owners have finished the guesthouse to a very high standard with top quality furnishings throughout.
The main bedroom offers king size bed with quality bedding for your comfort. Large walk-in robe storage area.
2nd bedroom has 2 king single beds with trundles available that can be configured side by side for a super king size bed, also features built in robe and small nook.
The modern bathroom comprises of vanity, wc and full glass shower cubicle with rainhead shower and hand held.
2nd wc off the laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The magical outdoor area is a perfect spot to spend your evenings & table for alfresco dining.
Property also features an indoor pool/spa (on arrangement when booking or during your stay).
The property sleeps of 4 comfortably, but can extend to 6 if trundles needed.
All facilities are exclusively for guests use only.
NO SMOKING on the property.
NO PETS allowed.
NO children under 12.
ID is required for ALL confirmed bookings.
NO hen/bucks parties considered

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Ideally located to access the Kalamunda Hills and the stunning Bickley Valley. The perfect spot for hikers, trail riders or visit the many brewery/distillery/vineyard in the region. Keep a watch out for the regions' premier event: The Bickley Valley Harvest Festival which is held on the 1st weekend of May each year. It's the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts or gourmands to base themselves whilst enjoying all that the region has to offer.
Or a place to simply escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Access to the private indoor heated pool spa is upon approval of the hosts.
