Take in the inspiring views from the living areas or step out onto the balcony for a meal or drink while watching the waves. With a fully equipped modern kitchen, meals will be easy to prepare and enjoy in the accompanying dining area or out on the balcony for beachfront dining.

The Bahama Sands beachfront property includes indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of lounge seating and beautiful natural dune landscaping in a superior location!

The queen bedroom boasts an adjustable office desk with an additional monitor for those who are hoping to travel while not entirely leaving the office behind.

Enjoying the local area can be as much fun as spending sunny days at the beach. Bike, walk, or drive to Barefoot Landing with shops, restaurants and musical entertainment. Numerous golf courses, fishing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, Carolina Opry, Pirate's Voyage and so much more are minutes away. North Myrtle Beach includes a diverse selection of dining opportunities that will have you coming back for more!

Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Wonderful - Couldn't as for more - Great staff and unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed a total of 49 days and loved it. First I’ll rate Southern Coast Vacations. Worked with Kim in the booking process and miscellaneous times during our stay. She is absolutely wonderful with a great cherry personality and helpful beyond belief. Now for the unit, we stayed in Bahama Sands 909. I’ve stayed in many oceanfront condos over the years and this one is my favorite. It is an end unit with amazing views. The unit protruded out from the other units which provided a north, south and east view as far as you can see. My wife captured each beautiful sunrise on film as remembrance. All 3 bedrooms had ocean views with the main having the same north, south and east view that the living area and deck has and the 2 guest bedrooms having a east and north view. The kitchen was also well appointed and gave us all we needed to cook our meals. Parking is in a covered garage and they have ample luggage carts as well as grocery carts to bring up your belongings as well as groceries. Upon our move in the unit was clean and everything was in working order. In fact as we were leaving a maintenance tech showed up to verify that every light, appliance and TV was in working order for the new vacationers. Now for the negatives: Sorry but I can’t think of a single negative Thank you Southern Coast and Kim for giving us a trip to remember.

Nice place in need of a few updates

Very comfortable, great layout for our group, fantastic view! Condo could use a couple of cosmetic "fixes": i.e., primary bathroom's shower curtain has mold on it, beds had 3 pillows (which was very much appreciated) but only provided with 2 pillowcases, a few more water glasses would be nice and one set of bed sheets was beginning to have rips. None of this caused us to not have a great vacation, but would cause us to look for a different rental were we to return.

Wonderful Property

This property is in a great location and is well maintained. We had everything we needed. It was a perfect size for our stay. The property management personnel were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.!

Very Comfortable

This location was great for us and we will most definitely return! The condo was very comfortable, inside and outside, site security made us feel safe at all times. This place was as advertised, we're very pleased with our extended weekend stay!

Peaceful Retreat

Loved the view from the balcony. The metal bars have been replaced with clear panels which gives an obstructive view of the ocean. Negative: No glasses of any size - only a few plastic cups. Frying pans need to be replaced. Would definitely book again in the future
