Beautiful cabin with an awesome view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself is remarkable with a great view. We were lucky to see some of the remaining fall colors with some snow!!! Northern lights put on a show one night also!!! We’ve stayed in a few places and pops peak has to be the cleanest of them all. The internet didn’t work but that happens I understood so we just ran our hotpot on the phone for the kids. Yellow rose immediately offered to send somebody out. There was one bed that was completely broken when we arrived not sure how that wasn’t fixed or removed. Overall great stay!!!! Would stay again

Our family had the most wonderful time relaxing in the cabin this past weekend. From early morning coffee on the back porch to s’mores by the fire, every moment was one to remember. The hot tub with the mountain view’s was enjoyed by all. My kids were sad to leave and already want to go back. Would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights for a mountain biking weekend and absolutely LOVED the cabin. It was VERY clean, nicely decorated, and felt like we were the first to ever stay there. The view was fabulous. The main bedroom (upstairs) was huge with a lovely walk-in shower. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The location was very close to both the Fire Mountain trails and Tsali trails, and minutes to Bryson City but feels very private. We will definitely be back for another stay here. This is our second Yellow Rose rental, and they are great! I highly recommend this cabin.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. All of the beds were comfortable and everything looks fresh and new. It was quiet around the property and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Upon arrival there was fast food trash in the upstairs loft area that the cleaning people had apparently missed. We brought our own toilet tissue but what was originally there was the quality of what’s in an elementary school bathroom, something a little better quality would have been appreciated.

Fantastic property; well apportioned. Fabulous views and quiet. Grill, hot tub. Near Bryson and amenities but far enough out that you feel the natural calm.

Beautiful property; management team, not so much

Very nice property, though I have no plans to rent a property managed by this group again. Easy access; private, yet not completely secluded. Well maintained; clean; great layout and more than enough space for my daughter and I to spend a few days "in the mountains." The highlight was having a hot tub with a view to enjoy. It would have been amazing to sit by the fire and watch tv/movies in the evening on the large living room TV, but we had no wi-fi during our stay. No wi-fi network discoverable to connect with at all (not just a reset the modem issue). I tried numerous times to chat with Yellow Rose to have this addressed with no luck. Phone calls went to voicemail or were disconnected. I had minimal response via the text option and was finally told on day 3 that the owner was contacting the provider (after I had been told they were contacting the owner the day prior). Gas logs did not work after day 2, which I suspect was a battery issue with the remote. While we did enjoy a nice getaway, dealing with an unresponsive rental group is not what I plan to spend vacation money on in the future.

Great Place Despite Electrical Outage

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn't get off to a good start for the Polar Express journey with downed power lines taking out electricity for nearly twelve hours on the first evening at this beautiful, somewhat secluded property. Rental company was unable to provide a power generator, flashlight, lantern, firewood, or even batteries since none were available on the property. Still waiting for their management to respond to our concerns about house temps dropping to about 60 degrees (with very young children staying with us) despite assurances by staff that they would do so. Once the power was restored, the heating system did the job and there was plenty of hot water to go around for our family. Overall, the house was clean and in very good condition with ample space. The kitchen was well-equipped and beds were very comfortable. We are still questioning the value considering we lost significant use of the home during the initial part of our stay, not to mention that our grandkids and their parents were genuinely upset.

It gives you that secluded feel with being just a few miles from local grocery stores and downtown Bryson City. We did a lot of hiking during our stay so the hot tub was a huge plus. I was truly sad to leave. Thank you for one of the best stays we have ever had, we will be back!!

This is sincerely one of the most beautiful rentals I have ever stayed in. Location is perfect! Easily accessible and nearby to grocery store, downtown Bryson, and Lake Fontana. The amazing thing is that it feels so secluded and private.... The views from this property are breathtaking. You can enjoy the outdoor space with large wrap-around deck, hot tub, and fire pit. The cabin itself is so cozy. There is a fireplace, well-stocked kitchen (in terms of cookware), and can watch movies at night with large tv in the living room and bedroom. Loved this place so much! Wish i could live there!
