Spacious, marsh front Cape style located just across the street from beautiful East Sandwich Beach. Completely updated and remodeled with all the best amenities you could wish for! Relax in the shaded comfort of the Sunroom, or soak up the sun on the wrap-around deck overlooking the tidal creek & saltmarsh.

First Floor features an open Living/Dining/Kitchen plan with access to outdoor deck, one Bedroom with a King and a full Bath. 2 additional Bedrooms ( one with King, one with Queen plus 3 Twins) and another full Bath complete the 2nd floor.

4 Minisplit AC/Heat wall units keep you comfortable in all seasons, located in Sunroom, Living Room, and both Bedrooms on the 2nd floor. First floor Bedroom has window AC unit. Ceiling fans in all 3 Bedrooms, Living Room and Kitchen for those lovely cool nights. Hardwood flooring with a rich walnut finish complements the contemporary furnishings and simple, beachy decor.

Gas fireplace and TV with cable in Living Room, TV in Master Bedroom with Firestick. Both Baths feature WIFI stereo and specialty night lighting. Located just 4 miles from the center of historic Sandwich, known for it's museums, restaurants and Cape Cod Canal bike path...the perfect place for a stroll after ice cream!

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
