The space:

Large 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom spacious home.

Decorated with a Hampton coastal design the accommodation will have you feeling relaxed and spoilt for your stay. Relax in the Jacuzzi or enjoy the sun next to the pool.

Luxurious extras include fully ducted 7 zone heating and air conditioning, additional ceiling fans in bedrooms, a pool table, free Wi-Fi, 3 big smart TV’s so you can log onto your Netflix account and gas BBQ.

4 separate and spacious living spaces. 3 indoor and 1 outdoor so this means there is lots of places to retreat.

On the ground floor, the living area has a large 75 inch TV which is great for watching movies and a TV unit filled with books and board games. There's also a pool table giving multiple entertainment options.

Enjoy meals together at the 10 seater dining table across from the new kitchen equipped with a stainless steel double door fridge, dishwasher, stove top, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso with complimentary coffee pods, milk, tea and top quality crockery and utensils.

The second living area is next to the dining area is perfect for a sit down when you just want to spend time together. This area can also connect with the Pergola seating area with the large Constantine glass sliding doors.

The first floor living area has a small balcony and includes a very comfortable Koala Queen sofa bed and 65inch LG smart TV that connects to a gaming console.

We all know nothing is more important than a good night’s sleep so we hope you will enjoy the sleeping duck matrasses in the king and queen beds.

Enjoy the very spacious Master Bedroom with, en-suite and walk-in wardrobe with wall mounted 65inch Samsung Smart Tv and ceiling fan.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 have fantastic Queen beds while the 4th bedroom has a very comfortable double and single bed.

All the Bedrooms have cupboard hanging space hangars provided and drawers in each cupboard as well as extra blankets pillows and doonas.

Towels and linen is provided and there is laundry with brand new Fisher and Pykel dryer and washing machine and outdoor washing line.

The house is a smoke free zone and we ask that you refrain from smoking inside during your stay.
We encourage you to relax and enjoy our beautiful home but ask that you refrain from eating in bedrooms!
