- 11kms form Main St Mornington shopping and dining precinct.
- 26min drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs
- Central to the finest wineries and golf that the peninsula has to offer

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 8 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking
This property follows Airbnb's strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they break this policy.
The property has noise-aware alarms which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud. This property has noise alarms to prevent parties, loud music and there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door for guest and property protection.
