The apartment is approximately 550 meters from the Itaguá beachfront, Ubatuba Aquarium, and Whale Square, allowing for a pleasant walk. It's 500 meters from the charming Guarani street, which has various shops, restaurants, and paid parking. The shopping mall is about 1 km away, offering a huge view of Itaguá Bay.
Gas station, small market with fresh produce and pharmacy near the property (approximately 700m).
The nearest beaches are Tenório (3 km), Praia Grande (3.3 km) and Praia do Perequê-Açu (2.8 km).
Itaguá beach is not recommended for swimming, but it is suitable for pleasant walks, runs, and bike rides. The beachfront has a skate park (1 km away), a bike path, and exercise equipment.
Other observations
We do not provide bed linens and towels.
We kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (subject to a fine by the Ubatuba city hall).
Entry to the condominium is expressly prohibited for anyone other than those who are part of the reservation.
After the reservation is made, it is only possible to add more days to the package, as well as other guests, by making extra payments.
Leaving objects in the parking space is not allowed.
Barbecues are not allowed.

The TV is 24 inches, not a smart TV, and is connected only to a regular antenna, with access to free-to-air channels, which may go off the air during bad weather.
The trash can is located outside the building, near the exit gate.
