Water views overlooking the Whangamatā harbour. One of our guests summed it up with "very close to both the beach and town, but far away enough to be lovely and quiet".
Exclusive use is provided with all BEACH HOUSE_Whangamatā (MAX) bookings, as this includes access to all areas. The Garage is excluded, unless agreed prior.
BEDDING ARRANGEMENT Beach House • 1x Queen bed in the main bedroom (top floor) • 1x Queen bed in the east bedroom (first floor) • 1x Queen bed in the west bedroom (first floor) • 1x Single bed (first floor lounge)
Apartment • 1x Queen bed in the apartment bedroom (ground floor) • 1x King Single Rest+Restore Dream Maker trundle top • 1x Single trundler pull out bed below. .3.000 • If required, the trundler extends/raises up and both beds form a queen bed (two person) • 1x Fold out couch in the Apartment (two person)
LINEN All linen is provided and the beds are made prior to your arrival. Bath towels are provided in either the bedroom wardrobe, bathroom cupboards or cane baskets. There are plenty of blankets and pillows. Please bring your own beach towels.
WASHING MACHINE There is a front loader washing machine in the Apartment bathroom and a clothes line to the west. Will&Able laundry powder or liquid is provided in the Apartment bathroom on the ground floor.
PARKING Parking is on the driveway and on the lawn to the east (street side) for the Beach House, and for the Apartment, is the full depth to the north of the unit, which can be used for your vehicles or boat parking. Note: The garage is not included with this booking currently.
ACCESS The Beach House has a digital lock on the main entry door.
SECURITY CAMERA To the left of the garage door is a smart security camera door bell to assist guests with any access issues and for security purposes. Within the garage is a security camera to monitor this excluded area.
Wi-Fi Wi-Fi Ultra Fast Fibre is provided.
SMART TELEVISION The 75” Smart television in the Beach House lounge and the 40” Smart television in the Apartment are connected to the internet via the Wi Fi. You’re welcome to log in to your own Netflix and other apps using the television remotes. The 32” Computer monitor in the main bedroom can be used as an additional television, when connected to a laptop via the HDMI cable, or as a Work from Home remote computer screen.
WASHING MACHINE There is a front loader washing machine in the Apartment bathroom and a clothes line to the west. Willandable laundry powder or liquid is provided in the Apartment bathroom on the ground floor.
BBQ & COOKING There is a gas BBQ on the first-floor deck of the Beach House. Gas supplied The Beach House has a full sized kitchen, with gas hob / double oven and a large fridge freezer with water and an ice machine. The Apartment has kitchenette including a ZIP frypan, sandwich press and as well as other cooking utensils.
CLEANING There are plenty of cleaners under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom cupboards, which includes additional linen, towels, blue bags, an iron, clothes baskets, etc. Toilet rolls are located in the vanities of each bathroom. We use Willandable.co.nz cleaners where possible. There is a central vacuum system with connection by the fridge and in the hallways. Just plug in the hose and the switch is on the handle to turn it on.
Additional cleaning and a turn down service is available on request.

Perfect location
Had a wonderful stay, great location for close walk to the wharf and park. Great swimming at the wharf for our little ones. Beautiful home and view out to the water. Amazing big kitchen with everything you need! Loved our stay.

The house and area nothing short of awesome! Brad is super great to deal with and super helpful.
That view is just breath taking, the house is beautifully appointed and super comfortable. We really just had a great time.

Relaxing spacious home in perfect location.
Very relaxing and spacious home. Ideal location to stay, very close to the river and beach. Brad our host was outstanding, very helpful and accommodating. My elderly father stayed in the apartment which was ideal for him. Plus he managed the stairs to the first floor. Fabulous balconies to enjoy lunch and an evening drinks. My dog was also very welcome, outside shower was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Great house for a big group
The three levels were great for everyone to have their own space.
Good amenities in the kitchen. The linen was all good quality and comfortable beds.
The TV and sound system was great, especially on rainy days.
It’s a relatively short walk to the surf beach and town.
Would definitely recommend.

Prime Spot beach house
Our stay at the beach house and apartment was incredible! Brad was awesome to deal with, great communication. As we had young children he let us check in an hour or so earlier! Was in such a good spot, 20m from the sheltered beach, and large playground for all ages. A short walk to town. The neighbours were also super friendly. Lots of grass area. A great place to take your family with plenty of room! Highly recommend!
