Located perfectly to explore all of Victoria's spectacular Bellarine Peninsula, we welcome you to our newly-built, spacious and family-friendly home at a bargain price!
Clifton Springs, Curlewis Golf Club & Geelong Adventure Park 5 mins away and Geelong, Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads, Portarlington & Queenscliff 15 min away.
With generous bedrooms, modern bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen/butlers pantry and 2 light & roomy living areas, our home is perfect for any group!
Home in a nutshell:
- Large master bedroom, walk in robe with loads of hanging space and a stylish private ensuite with double size shower and double vanity.
- Double bed second bedroom with ample wardrobe space
- Two single bed bedrooms with ample wardrobe space
- Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with an abundance of natural light
- Fully-equipped kitchen with adjacent butlers pantry. Slow cooker, thermomix, blender, large fridge/freezer and 900ml oven
- Second well-sized living area situated next to the kitchen
- Modern bathroom with large vanity mirror, bath tub and shower
- Great size back garden with outdoor patio (outdoor table and chairs will be available at time of stay), cubby house, swing set and mud kitchen. Weber BBQ provided with BBQ tools.
- Portacot (with sheets), change table, bottle warmer, baby bath and highchair available if needed. Selection of toys, games and books also there to keep the kids happy.
