Enjoy your time in our 1 bedroom suite, Unit A with a garden view. This suite is perfect for a couple or family. It has a full kitchen including laundry! The resort is oceanfront with a short walk to the beach. The unit is wheelchair accessible with underground parking and an elevator to your suite. Guests will also have access to the pool, hot tub and exercise facility as well as the gorgeous outdoor hot tub area and outdoor wood fireplace!

Overall - very positive stay!For the price you pay there was a couple small areas for improvement. Unit had no toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towel and it would’ve been nice to have a fan in the master bedroom.

Stained and sandy sheets upon arrival, paid over 1200 and there was no shampoo and one garbage bag. Everything was minimal. The owner was very good with quick response and trying to fix things for me which was nice. Cleaners were brutal

Great place to stay with family

Everything we experienced was as advertised! Room was clean, outdoor pool and hot tub was great. Couldn’t ask for much more. Would recommend this place and host, and would definitely stay there again!

Excellent condo for a short stay

We enjoyed this pleasantly appointed condo with a pretty balcony. We had a couple of little issues but the owner was very responsive and dealt with them immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor pool with hot tub is a dream! Parksville Ocean is steps away! Family-style Restaurant next door or BBQ on your deck! Outdoor fireplace in the lobby to cozy up with a blanket. Perfect West Coast getaway in Parksville!

This property is exactly like advertised and suited the two of us well. We did have to purchase a few items as it was for a longer stay. The resort staff are very friendly and the gym and the hot tub were great. The outdoor fireplace was very nice during the cooler weather. Would recommend staying there.

Parksville Delight.

Condo exactly as advertised. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 weeks starting in early March. Communication with Shannon was excellent. Location well located for exploring the region and going out for walks.Beach access from the resort not the greatest but other options available from the park or nearby trail.

March Break getaway

My grandson and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. Condo was beautiful and well equipped. Even laundry in the suite, Gorgeous high end bathroom having both a lovely soaker tub and separate walk-in shower. Two flatscreen TVs were appreciated so I didn’t have to watch cartoons! We will definitely visit this resort again.

A nice winter retreat

We enjoyed our month long winter vacation. Our host was very responsive to any questions, and checked in with us periodically through the month. The “beach access” was disappointing - not usable. The condo was close to town with all the amenities for shopping. We will likely stay at this facility again.

Property is absolutely gorgeous and would book there again in a heartbeat. However, we booked through Expedia but then received a confirmation email from VRBO, thought it was a scam first but turns out this was a VRBO suite. Didn’t mind that at all but just wish there would have been communication on the Expedia booking site.

We stayed here for 4 days/3 nights and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. While the place appeared clean on arrival, there were crumbs in the couch for the pull-out bed, sheets spilling out of the armoire, and mismatched, unfolded sheets and towels. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, and the kitchen cupboards were a mess—utensils scattered, and strangely, even a pool inner tube stored in one of them. When I contacted the owner, she was apologetic and did try to help by sending over some Tide so we could do laundry (laundry is advertised as available, but there were no supplies provided). She also promised to refund the cleaning fee we had paid, but after a month, that refund has still not been sent. It was frustrating to spend 45 minutes cleaning and organizing upon arrival for what was supposed to be a short getaway. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Spacious and comfortable

Our one bedroom suite with a large balcony was in the Lodge, with the pool right behind the Lodge, very convenient. While most of the development consists of duplexes - several more are under construction closest to the beach access - there was no impact to us. The beach access is a five minute walk though at times (highest tide) the beach itself is not easily accessible. The suite was very well equipped for the two of us, very quiet, clean, and with a good mattress and bedding. The owner was very responsive with an initial ac issue that was quickly resolved. We really enjoyed our stay in this suite, and would come again.

This was a very expensive apartment, my expectations were high. Small but well designed although a little dated. It smelled very strongly of bacon upon arrival which was unpleasant. The bed was comfy but I dropped my phone and went under to get it and so dirty! Yuck .The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. There were not enough towels for our group. Good thing the hotel supplies pool towels .The washer was very mildewed so I didn’t use it. The cleaning fee is quite high so I was surprised that I had to take the garbage and recycling to the basement and start the dishwasher under threat of another $50 charge
