Welcome to the grapeview 4 season cottage! Beautifully renovated, backing on to the Konzelman vineyard!! Only 2 minute drive to Old Town. Far enough to enjoy the farm life with unforgettable views, in the heart of the wine country. Take advantage of the farm life, pick your own fresh eggs for breakfast and enjoy our brand new hot tub and cedar wood burning barrel sauna with a breathtaking view of the vineyard. Rent bikes only short drive down the road and experience all Niagara on the Lake has to offer.

The property was wonderful. We couldn't be more happier. The sauna was great. The hot tub was great and just everything was great! We love the foosball table as well. And the beds were very comfortable

Lovely property- especially the outside area. The kids loved feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs. Hot tub and sauna were wonderful. Eating outside on a sunny evening was lovely. Some nice wineries close by to pick up a nice bottle to enjoy with dinner. Would certainly recommend for families.

My my two daughters, one grandchild and myself stayed here for September long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed with everything we could need. Beds were comfortable. My granddaughter enjoyed collecting eggs every morning from the chicken coop. We used the hot tub most nights.The location was close to many good restaurants, and not too far fromNiagara Falls. If in the area would certainly stay again.

Excellent location

The property was above our expectations! It was very clean, organized, and had all the necessary amenities. The chickens with fresh eggs daily was an added bonus! ( my son absolutely loved feeding them each day!) The location was also excellent! It was so close to all the wineries and cute,quaint towns. And Niagara Falls was only a short distance away. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls.

Best weekend!

Stayed here with a few girl friends to celebrate a bachelorette! The photos of the place do not do it justice, we had such an amazing stay! It’s so quiet and peaceful here. Fresh eggs for breakfast and the hot tub at night was just wonderful. The hosts were incredible, if you need them for anything they are right there, they respond in minutes and are just absolutely lovely people. I would love to come back here!

Wellness Retreat on the Vineyard

Loved this property and the wellness retreat it provided our group of girlfriends. From a beautiful front room to do a barre class, to sauna & hot tub - we relaxed & had a great time. Close to town, beautiful vineyard views. Comfy beds & well appointed kitchen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect Falls Getaway

A little slice of heaven situated close to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Backyard is beautiful. Sauna and hot tub are nice amenities. Fresh eggs from the chickens are a nice bonus. Lovely view of vineyard. Very responsive host. We’d come again. Couldn’t have been better.

Very nice getaway!

The house was very clean and impressive. We did have some great time there and very close to winery and attraction. The host was very responsive and went beyond to accommodate us. Will definitively come back!

Fabulous property and location!

I couldn't possibly be any happier with our stay at your property! My two adult siblings and I took our Mom to see Niagara Falls for her bucket list and we decided to stay in Wine Country and it was ABOSULUTELY PERFECTION! It was so incredible to be in the hot tub and looking into vineyards in your backyard! 10/10 stay!

Perfect for families

The house is in immaculate condition, but the real winner for us was the amazing backyard; it provided a perfect oasis in between wine tastings. We traveled with a baby, and appreciated having access to a travel crib and high chair. The location also couldn’t be beat - close to town and all the major wineries. Margarita was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property in the middle of wine country

House has been renovated extremely nicely, kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and the 3 bedrooms are all good size. The sitting area outside is done well and very relaxing. The sauna & hottub are a quite the added bonus! I highly recommend going to see the chickens and trying a couple of their eggs for breakfast, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this property my wife and I were extremely happy with everything.

Absolute Perfection!

This home was perfect for our getaway! It’s well appointed and has every thoughtful detail waiting for you to enjoy! Sparkling clean and in perfect condition! The sauna and hot tub are ah-mazing and super clean! The host had plenty of towels available for our use, as well as basics like shampoo, body wash and a surprisingly large collection of spices in the kitchen. Perhaps the greatest and most pleasant surprise was the availability of farm fresh eggs that you can help yourself to! Perfect in every way! Highly recommend!

Amazing time in Niagara!

The property was amazingly clean and just as advertised. Communication with Margarita was really easy and the instructions for everything were clear and helpful.We took advantage of all of the fun amenities, whether it was family games of Jenga and giant Connect 4, shooting some hoops in the driveway or spending the evening in the hot-tub under the stars.The highlight though was the chicken coop, where we got fresh eggs every morning! Such a unique and welcome feature. Also, the home was minutes away from Niagara on the Lake and close (5 min drive) to amenities. I would stay here again and recommend to others! 5 stars

New Year’s Eve in the Grapeview cottage.

We spent the New Years Eve with friends in the Grapeview cottage. The home exactly like the photos; modern, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is large, bright and well equipped. The backyard was a private oasis with the hot tub and a sauna; we really enjoyed it. The location was perfect and so easy to get the town and all the amazing vineyards in the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Perfect Weekend at Niagara on the Lake

This property is beautiful and clean. The 3 bedrooms are all a decent size and the bathroom is huge. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The entire kitchen looked and felt like it was brand new. The kitchen has plenty of storage and top of the line appliances. We really enjoyed having a dishwasher for easy clean up.The livingroom and basement both have ample seating for everyone to be comfortable. We loved all of the windows and natural light. Communications with the host were always quick and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and patio area. This is a very quiet area and the trees surrounding the house made it feel very private. We would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO yet!

The pictures don't do this place justice. Truly an amazing stay. We WILL be coming back! Everything was clean and well laid out. Kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. Fantastic distance from all our activities. The backyard was spacious and fun for the kids to run around. Hot tub was a nice addition. Only criticism I have is I wish we had access to laundry (messy kids = messy clothes). Even so, I would give this over 5 stars if I could! Thank you for a great stay!

Delighted at Grapeview

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Grapeview. The house was immaculately clean and very well appointed. The property is well cared for and easy to find. House rules were clearly communicated and posted. The minimalist decor really helps the rooms be large and open and not at all cluttered. The proximity to NOTL and Virgil and the Falls made it easy to see and do everything we wanted in our short stay. While we had limited communications with the host, all messages were friendly, professional and prompt. Would love to stay there again when we come back to the area,
