Make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted with vastly high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout both units, lots of natural light, and generously sized rooms that have been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

TWO LIVING AREAS
The living areas are filled with a generous plush gray sectional with plenty of seating for the whole family. Both surround a 65" flat screen wall-mounted smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

TWO KITCHENS
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Serve up your meals at the eat-kitchen table; each table seats 4 guests, and a portable hook-on-chair is available for the little ones. Both units comfortably accommodate 8 guests plus 2 portable hook-on chairs.

4 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS - MAIN FLOOR & 2ND FLOOR
This home offers four bedrooms and two full-size baths. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor, offering Queen size beds, and the remaining two are on the second floor with a California king bed and a queen bed. All of the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.

Two full-size bathrooms offer a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. All include fresh premium towels and essential toiletries.

OFFICE SPACE
Need to bring your work on vacation? No worries, we got you covered! This beautiful home has a private office perfect for business travelers or anyone with remote jobs. The unit upstairs offers a large desk, monitors, and a comfy chair with abundant natural light. Plus, you'll find two additional desks, one upstairs and one downstairs.

LAUNDRY
Two sets of washers and dryers are located in the home's basement for our guests to use while vacationing in this beautiful home. Complementary detergent and dryer sheets are available, making vacation laundry a breeze!

OUTDOOR AND PRIVATE PARKING
Step out the back door onto the tree surrounded deck and patio to soak in the beautiful weather St. Louis offers, or let the little ones run around the private backyard. Private parking for two vehicles in the rear of the home is ready for your use, so you can be assured that finding a spot will be perfectly convenient.

The house is ideally located in the Tower Grove East neighborhood, nestled between the beautiful parks and areas of Lafayette, Soulard, and Benton Park. And with easy access to I-44, I-64/40, and I-55/70, you can visit the Arch, City Museum, Forest Park/Zoo, Barnes/CWE, Cortex, Busch Stadium, Fox Theater, St. Louis U, The Grove, Cherokee Street, Tower Grove, Peabody Opera House in just 5-10 minutes.

Tower Grove East is a quiet neighborhood anchored by the internationally renowned Tower Grove Park. Take a walk through the community and enjoy the century-old architecture and beautiful gardens.

When it's time to eat, we have some incredible options nearby! Head to the affordable James Beard-nominated "Lona's Lil Eats" for lighter fare. For great BBQ, Blues, and Beer, check out "Shaved Duck," a place made famous on the popular "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" tv show. The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to moderate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $68 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Great for families with children

The house was very clean with beautiful decor. Great space for traveling worker. Both my wife and I are hybrid workers. We had enough space to bring to children and have still be able to step away for a little while and work. Wonderful view of the Arch from the balcony.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. I don’t think it’s rented out much because it wasn’t the cleanest but we had a good time.

Unbeatable service

Ive stayed with Abodebucks properties 4 times now, a week each time. I've had zero issues till this past week. When we arrived, the cleaning crew didn't quite have the property finished. Im sure it was due to the ice storm lol. Abodebucks worked with me ASAP and got the property cleaned, they worked hard to make it right. I highly recommend them!
