While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.

This building features a pool as well as an outdoor shower, and the apartment has partial ocean views.
The Apartment Features 1 x Queen Bed with Ensuite shower, 1 x Double Bed in Bedroom 2, and 3 x Single Beds in the Third Bedroom.
The apartment features air conditioning for both the warmer and cooler months, and has Wi-Fi for your convenience!
Please be advised that the property will be commencing a major podium waterproofing
project, which is scheduled to commence on Monday 17th February 2025.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience, as there will be some disruptive noise and a
dusty environment during the demolition phase of the podium landscaping and turfed areas
The contractor will commence work daily at 7:00am, adhering to noise restrictions until 8:00am,
with works to be conducted from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm only.
