Nice and cozy room at a great location in the CBD. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Property was beautiful but I had trouble getting in contact with the host. We arrived at the place but didn't check in until an hour later. There was no key left for us in he lockbox and we waited around for the host to sort it with security. Very poor communication. And some of our group left due to the delay 😩

This property was so disappointing in many ways. To start with, communication was very lacking. The package for 2 nights stay included free parking, but it took several emails, including on the day we arrived as well, and then we did not receive the correct information which meant we got an $85 parking ticket for parking in the wrong place. The property itself is extremely tired and worn. I think the carpet was probably clean, but it had so many stains you couldn't be sure. About half the lights were not working, including the bedside lamps and the lights above the mirror in the bathroom. The tap in the kitchen sink was actually so lose it almost bet over sideways when you used it. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Good place

The place was awesome but felt it needed a good clean and to fix a few things. Kitchen sink wan bled every time we use it. Balcony was pretty but needed cleaning as you can see mould below the glass fence right around and the concrete floor outside was sticky like something spilt there and wasn’t cleaned properly. One of the pretty chairs outside was broken but left there looking like it was attached. The leg was so rusty it fell right off when we picked it up to move it. The carpet needs changing too and throwing a rug over stains is not a good look. The foldout couch needs replacing to be honest as I used it for my 13 year old it definitely needs an upgrade. She a very skinny girl but she could feel the bars on her back. Bathroom needs a do over. Toilet paper keeps coming off the holder and toilet seat was not stable. Great location just the place has no love put into it.
