Beach Break: Pet friendly fenced yard in town
Nestled in the heart of Merimbula, Beech Break offers guests a stress-free beach getaway. With three bedrooms, front and side decks, a fully fenced outdoor area with seating, BBQ and spectacular views, you may not even want to venture into town. If you do you will be spoilt for choice with a number of great cafés and restaurants scattered throughout town. Turning left will see you walk around the lake towards Spencer Park and Bar Beach, turning right will see you either end up on the boardwalk towards the top lake or across the bridge and into fishpen where you can head for a swim at the beach or lake. Beech Break is a free-standing unit that is located at the back of a complex of 2 which makes the apartment both private and quiet.
In addition, Beech Break offers guests all the modern conveniences you would expect. With a great sized living and dining area, open plan living, unlimited wifi, 2 x smart televisions, dishwasher, air conditioning in the main living area, and coffee machine.
Although the yard is fully fenced and secure, we ask that you limit the size and number of pets you bring along to one small dog.

2nd Bedroom: 1 x Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom: 2 x Single Beds
