There’s plenty to see and do whilst on holidays on the Sunshine Coast. Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, SeaLife Mooloolaba, Aussie World, the Ginger Factory, Tree tops challenge at the Big Pineapple or Maleny Bird Sanctuary.

Local markets are held every Sunday at Cotton Tree and Fisherman’s Road and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Sunshine Coast airport is about a 15 minute drive and Brisbane airport approximately an hour away. There are regular bus services to both airports.

The Sunshine Coast is also home to some of the best beaches in the world. The water is safe for swimming year-round, and the soft sand perfect for throwing down a towel or playing beach sports.
