From the moment you open the front door, you will say `wow`!

The large entrance hallway pulls you in as you catch a glimpse of the living area, backyard & pool.
There are six generous sized bedrooms spread across seperate wings for extra space and privacy - the master level has a huge walk in robe, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the tree tops.
In addition to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, there is a seperate kids retreat lounge space upstairs as well as a games room with pool table downstairs.

The main living area has a stunning stone fire place to relax in front of on those chilly nights and leads out to our beautiful green wall deck which is the perfect spot for your morning coffee.

The kitchen has high quality appliances throughout and all the essentials you need for your getaway, including two ovens and induction cooktop. There are bifold doors that open from the kitchen to the deck overlooking the pool, complete with built in BBQ and outdoor kitchen.

Next to the gorgeous heated pool and spa is a pool house bathroom and large grass area with climbing frame to entertain the kids all day.

**please note gas heating for the pool is available for your stay if you wish at an additional cost of $100 per day with 48 hours notice needed prior to your arrival**
