Nestled on the edge of Pippi Beach Yamba, the house and gardens are exclusively yours to enjoy. Perfect for ocean-lovers, couples and small families looking for an elevated stay + quintessential beach holiday experience.
A beautiful stay is what Sea Notes is all about. Simplicity through pared-back styling, a natural palette borrowed from Yamba’s surroundings; driftwood, dunes and ocean, paired with natural textures and fibres, sea grass and the luxe lived-in feel of French flax linen.
Find a moment of stillness on a sun-drenched deck, rollout a yoga mat, laze in the hammock or hanging chair, it’s your home away from home.
The open plan kitchen is the heart of the beach house, with connected indoor / outdoor dining and social spaces. Fully-equipped for you to create and share a feast, with generous fridge and pantry space for all of your holiday trimmings.
Soak in the bathroom under the walk-in rain shower or the freestanding bathtub. Or enjoy an a rinse outdoors, under the hot + cold outdoor shower as you come off the beach. Sea Notes the convenience of two separate toilets (one each level).
The entire house and gardens are yours to enjoy. Sea Notes has keyless entry for you to come and go without having to sync schedules.
Enjoy access to The Sands resort, included with your stay. The saltwater pool is perfect for a cool-down dip, or to soak up some sun poolside. For the more energetic, there are tennis courts for a friendly hit.
Families + kids (young and young-at-heart) will love the Springfree trampoline and Castle & Cubby Barn in the garden.
Dog lovers rejoice – your well-behaved furry friend is welcome, and will enjoy the run of fully-fenced front & back gardens, with access to a long chain of dog-walking beaches – just across the road.

We moved from Melbourne to Yamba in 2010 to slow life down and start our family here. I love everything interiors, as a designer I have a love for spaces that make you 'feel' good, as the creator and host of @seanotesyamba, I love to provide a relaxing space for my guests to switch into holiday-mode.

The holiday home is one street back from Pippi beach. We love the outdoors and lifestyle the coast affords us. Weekends and holidays are spent in the ocean or the mountains. Time in nature is our favourite way unwind and re-charge.

Sea Notes has been created so you can leave your cares at the door, and slow life down, the interiors are styled to be both laid back and luxurious. The beach house offers the intimacy of a private residence with two full fenced yards, with the perks of the resort included (saltwater swimming pool and tennis courts just up the street).
