Exclusive Penthouse Apartment Sugar Hill Estate Ocean Views and Beach Membership

Paradise Palms is a newly painted and refurnished penthouse apartment with two private terraces. This beautiful penthouse is located on the second floor with stairs to the front entry. Enjoy stunning views day and night of the pool, well manicured gardens and the ocean. Dine al fresco while listening to the birds and whistling frogs. You may even spot a green monkey or a little gecko! Spend your day at the resort by the pool, playing a round of tennis, getting a workout in at the gym, watching your children at the playground, eating at the restaurant or having some Rum Punch at happy hour listening to the live entertainment on certain evenings. Make your way into nearby Holetown for a stroll, boutique shopping and fine dining. Have a beach day at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach club where you will enjoy 10% off food and beverages. Beach chairs and umbrellas are free with the membership provided to our guests. Rent a car and explore the island or book a tour through the concierge services provided daily 8am-6pm at reception. Our lovely property manager Alicia is also always there to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. Please be advised that rates vary of the course of the year for various reasons such as high and low seasons. September usually involves a closure of the Deck restaurant on sight and other possible estate upgrades and renovations. Should you have any questions please reach out with an inquiry prior to booking. We look forward to hosting you at this beautiful estate.

The unit was very well equipped for cooking, however we didn't eat in all that often. We loved dining at the onsite restaurant, The Deck when we didn't feel like venturing out to far. The Fairmont Beach Club access is a real bonus as it's a stunning beach with comfortable sunbeds and large umbrellas.

Great small penthouse suitable for 2 people, we spent all day out and about so really good as a home base. Kitchen has the basic utensils and there is an electric BBQ. Has 2 decks as well . We love Sugar Hill and the Deck restaurant is excellent

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful appartment . The property was very well appointed with everything one could need including a super comfortable bed and excellent bed linens and towels . Both Alicia the property manager and June the housekeeper were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The property is excellent for two people but would be a pretty tight squeeze for four adults. There is a glorious roof terrace from which to enjoy the day long sunshine.Sugar Hill is a wonderful peaceful resort with fantastic facilities and a great restaurant at The Deck . We cannot wait to return .

Absolutely amazing stay at Sugar Hill. The grounds and apartment are spotless. Front desk was lovely. The Deck restaurant staff were super accommodating with our toddler. Super close to the beach at Fairmont as well. Patio was so nice as well!

This unit is ideal! It is clean, well maintained, equipped and has every amenity to enjoy. We appreciated the welcome basket and welcome drink. The highlight to this unit is the rooftop deck along with the outdoor dining.

Amazing place!

Our first time staying here and we have booked again next year. A very quiet, relaxing accommodation. I can't say enough about Alicia, staff and especially Paul our security guard! The condo was very clean and well equipped, the grounds are immaculate.

Outstanding in every way

What a wonderfully presented apartment on the beautiful Sugarhill Estate! Equipped with everything you need, situated perfectly within stunning grounds and just yards from beautiful swimming pools. Nothing not to like. We would certainly stay here again.

Sugar Hill wonderful

We stayed 13 nights, loved the location and proximity to Holetown and west coast beaches, and Sugar Hill pools and amenities were excellent .The accommodation was all we expected and more and the FRP beach pass was a bonus! Thank you Jessica and Craig.

Fantastic apartment in lovely development

We had a superb stay at Paradise Palms for 2 weeks in November/December. The apartment had everything we needed, the layout is excellent and the two outside spaces were great. The apartment is very well located in a great part of the island. Sugar Hill is very well maintained and we ate at the Deck restaurant a number of times. The beach club membership at the Fairmont was a fantastic facility to enjoy. We would love to return

Birthday and Anniversary Celebration

Fantastic property in a really lovely location. There was everything you needed and it was spotlessly clean. Special thanks to June who came in twice and did an excellent job. Alicia was very helpful throughout our stay. Sugar Hill is a wonderful place to stay and all the staff there were very friendly. Would definitely recommend A202 to anyone and we will be back in the future.

Bajan Paradise

Paradise Palms was everything we wanted and more! Great location. Loved the option of rooftop terrace and first floor balcony. Well equipped with everything you need. Fabulously comfy super-king sized bed. Choice of swimming pools. Restaurant and bar available a short walk away. We always hire a car which makes it easy to visit any beach as well as tour the rest of the beautiful island. Thanks for letting us borrow your fabulous ‘home’…we’ll definitely come again!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The facility is superb, 2 great pools and lovely gardens. The restaurant and bar have improved massively from our previous stay at Sugar Hill 5 years ago. The fitness room is a great additional facility and I used it regularly. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us, a very well equipped kitchen and great outdoor space on the two balconies. We would highly recommend as a great value for money alternative to staying in a hotel.

First Trippers!

Paradise Palms is exactly what it says on the tin, paradise, amongst palms. The apartment was spotless, so well equipped, we needed for nothing. The location was fab, beautiful grounds and the club house staff and food was amazing. We had a car (a must!) and visited the popular tourist attractions and went off the beaten track - never to be disappointed, returning for a dip in the quiet pool and rum punched before bbq’ing or eating at the club house. Perfect and highly recommended xx Th am you for a beautiful and memorable holiday xx

A Very Restful Twelve Days

Lovely facility. Extremely well equipped and well maintained apartment. Very pleasant staff. Complex also extremely well maintained.Not expecting but pleased that the refrigerator was stocked with basic breakfast needs.A car rental or taxi is necessary for all offsite activities. No safe walkways to beach or commercial activities.Following car rental some interesting travel to east and north of island. Stayed away from Bridgetown because of very heavy traffic. Some of roads in interior are challenging but safe if you stay slow. Local drivers are very accommodating. Felt that tourists are appreciated. We were made to feel welcome.

Perfection in the sun

Just returned on Monday from Barbados and staying at Sugar Hill. I am already looking at flights for next Summer to return to Sugar Hill. The country is beautiful. The people amazing. The beaches spectacular. Sugar Hill is a delight. 24 hour security guard who stops every car. You feel safer than I do at home in the U.K. the grounds are stunning. The Deck where we spent many an hour in Happy Hour - recommend the rum sours- was gorgeous. Watching the sunset next to the infinity pool and the food was delicious. The apartment had everything we could have wanted. We only cooked a few nights but it had everything. The apartment was so clean. The balcony and upstairs areas immaculate. Bed so comfortable. Towels for the pool and separate ones for the bathroom. Games. Cable tv. In short it was Paradise amongst the palm trees.

Great stay for the family

We had a lovely Christmas and New Year at the property with our 3 and 5 year old, lovely grounds and two pools which were mostly deserted! We met a few other little girls for my daughters to play with and they also enjoyed the climbing frame, swimming gs and slide. We didn't get a chance to play tennis due to the kids but the courts looked good. The property was really clean and we really appreciated how well equipped it was - every possible kitchen utensil, a powerful blender and insulated cups to make iced coffee, sand and pool toys, a cooler bag to go to the beach! The list goes on. You can't walk anywhere from the property but the restaurant on site does food and drinks and driving is easy. Convenient for the big supermarket at Holetown. We had a hire car and explored all over the island. Roads are pretty terrible for the most part so watch out for pot holes! We will definitely come back to Sugar Hill and have already recommended it to others
