Upon entry, you are welcomed by the spacious combined kitchen/living with a contemporary look and feel. There is a Smart TV, Sonos Sound System, books/games, free WIFI, Reverse Cycle Airconditioning and ceiling fans in the living area all for your entertainment and comfort.
There is a newly installed internal combustion fireplace for those cold winter nights (guests to bring their own firewood).

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as the coffee machine with grinder, dishwasher, cooktop and steam oven. The glass bi-folding doors open out to one of the three balconies with gas Weber BBQ.
Upstairs is the main bathroom with separate toilet and bath/shower room as well as all 4 bedrooms, including the master with Ensuite. Three bedrooms have queen beds with the fourth using a double bed.

Three of the bedrooms, including the master all have French doors that open out to the large rear deck with outdoor furniture and enclosed outdoor fire.

There are full laundry facilities available on this level as well.

* There are a number of steps up to the entry which may be difficult for anyone with limited mobility.
* The studio downstairs is not available to guests.
