Located within the prestigious, gated Hamilton Island Yacht Club Villa complex, and stylishly presented, this 3-level, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home enjoys simply one of the best locations Hamilton Island has to offer, and does it in absolute luxury with warm textures and breathtaking views.

The villa switches easily between grand, open spaces for dining and entertaining, to cosy nooks perfect for quiet time and reflection ensuring groups seeking an oscillation of privacy and social time are equally accommodated without feeling crowded. Vast windows and louvres of glass for capturing ocean breezes, and spacious, furnished balconies make the most of the stunning ocean views that drew you to this home. The villa will keep you comfortable with the addition of ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans if needed.

The layout of the lounge, dining and kitchen leading seamlessly to the outside deck is thoughtfully considered for comfort and design to make the most of the space without it feeling cluttered. Soaring wood panelled ceilings and warm wooden floors give a natural feel to the room. Relax on the comfortable lounge suite situated in the large open plan lounge with a flat screen television and blue ray player, or grab a book from Yacht Club 33’s selection. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included if you want to quickly catch up on what’s happening in the real world.

The fully equipped and sleek kitchen with top of the range appliances makes private catered dining effortless. There is a Nespresso pod machine with a starter pack of pods provided and a choice of indoor or outdoor dining for get-togethers. The house features a barbeque on the main balcony where guests can enjoy alfresco meals in relaxing surroundings overlooking the sail like structures of the villas below that lead your eye to the scenic panorama beyond.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one bedroom on the middle floor and the master bedroom commands the top floor ensuring everyone has space and privacy. The four elegant bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests at this non-smoking property with a mix of King beds or 2 Single beds – depending on your needs at the time of booking. A fold out bed can also be requested for a child (please ask us – fees may apply). We can provide a complimentary port-a-cot and high chair as well. Each bedroom includes its own wall mounted television should you desire a late-night film. Including the master ensuite there are a total of 4 modern bathrooms in the property.

The master bedroom has a King sized, comfortable bed, spacious ensuite bathroom with double shower, dual sink and deep bath, walk-in wardrobe, office desk, armchair, television and DVD player. Featuring soothing ocean views from the large furnished balcony where you may choose to relax in private and watch the yachts sail past.

To ensure you and your group can easily navigate the island and sightsee at your leisure, two complimentary electric, 4-seater golf buggies are included with the property. It is also our pleasure to provide return airport or marina transfers.

Complete with laundry featuring a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, your reservation includes linen, bath towels and pool towels.
