Conveniently located on the corner of Richter St and Elliot, our guests are within a 10–15-minute walk to downtown, the hospital, the lake, bicycle lanes, and public transportation. Okanagan College is only a short 10-minute drive away. Our cozy furnished home has been designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a serene backyard and an upbeat atmosphere of lively Kelowna. You're sure to create memorable experiences. Don't forget to check out our shared garden located by the creek - it's a hidden gem!
Step into the Main House and you'll find yourself on the upper floor, where you'll be greeted by two charming bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a good night's rest, as well as a desk for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, waffle maker, kettle, plates, utensils, and more, so you can enjoy a delicious meal with your loved ones. You'll also have access to a washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs. The dining area is an ideal spot to enjoy your meals, while the living room is perfect for relaxing with your friends or family. The balcony is a great place to take in the fresh air and unwind, and the private entrance ensures that you have all the privacy you need. Additionally, you'll have your own parking space on a quiet street, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot to park your car. But that's not all. In the share backyard it’s not unusual to see ducks, deer, cranes, beavers making their way through the creek. The house is very close to the hospital, lake, downtown, city park, amenities, grocery stores, public transit, church, OK Collage, drug stores, restaurants, pubs, theatres, museums, etc...
