A nice secure, super clean apartment. David is a very proactive communicator ensuring you have all you need.The apartment has everything for a short or long stay.A few details to note. The pool is outdoor. The photos don't represent the fitout, the furniture is basic, not luxurious. Pillows, couch and bed are all rather firm. The adjacent building extraction fans are super loud, it's all you'll hear on the balcony, even on weekends.

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of our favourite things was the beautiful, serene view from the bedroom and balcony area. Sitting on the comfortable chairs and taking in the peaceful surroundings made our stay feel extra special and relaxing.David was a thoughtful host and even left us complimentary bottles of water, which was a lovely touch and made us feel welcomed. The internet was excellent—fast and reliable throughout our stay. The building itself was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect setting for a romantic getaway.I noticed some reviews mentioned traffic noise, but that wasn't our experience at all. We found the apartment to be calm, comfortable, and a wonderful place to unwind. We left with lovely memories and would happily stay here again."

Short term stays

Stayed 3 nights at this accommodation . Clean and tidy unit with a few amenities to be able to cook and eat meals instead of going out all the time . Small but beautiful patio to watch the sunset . Owner very approachable

Lovely apartment, handy & great views

This is a very nice apartment. Very clean and spacious. Views and walking distance to Subiaco where I had appointments. Also a quick walk to restaurants and great early morning coffee two doors down. I would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Great apartment with awesome balcony.

This is a clean, spacious, bright, secure apartment with underground parking. A little noisy with traffic (did not bother us senior citizens) and once the balcony doors are closed, it is quiet inside. Several restaurants within a short walking distance. David provided bread, jams,coffee, etc. which was nice touch. He was quick to respond to questions. Would highly recommend.

Ok

Nice little place. Owner lives there and vacates for guests. Place needs a deep clean. Checking in was a challenge, and address is only given out very close to check in day. The constant messages with instructions on how to vacate was OTT. We felt like we were an intrusion. However, David was quick to reply to any message.

West Perth Apartment

Location notification only 1 day prior to stay so no opportunity to cancel. Unfortunately at major busy intersection so very noisy. No shelves/drawers for clothes & only 10 coat-hangers. No luggage storage. Dirty oven (did not use). Laundry area dirty/dusty. Windows/glass dirty. No spare pillows.No bowls/collander/bakeware. Lack of power-points in living area. No bathroom vanity sink plug. No washing rack/pegs. No vacuum cleaner recharge cable. Not value for money.

Also, I asked you kindly during your stay, if you would need anything else in the apartment, but you said that all was good and did not ask for anything. I would have appreciated you would have told or asked me while your stay to provide any extra amenities you needed. Lastly, I provided extra amenities for your stay as well and offered you a discounted rate when you requested to help you with your stay. I am surprised with your review as I does not reflect with your responses when I asked you during your stay. I hope you can stay again in my apartment to improve the matters you mentioned.
