Bedding Configuration: Bed 1 - Queen Bed Bed 2 - King Bed Bed 3 - Bunk bed (double & single) Day bed located in the lounge room All linen, including towels are supplied.
NB: Guests will only have access to the downstairs apartment and balcony, along with the grass area directly at the bottom of the stairs. Upstairs is a private residence.
No Parties or events are allowed. Penalties will apply for breaking this rule.
Noise restrictions - Please be polite with your noise and considerate of the neighbours. Quiet hours 11pm - 7am. Council by-laws are in place with enforce a no disturbance policy. Any complaints made from neighbours, Police and the Council regarding a breech of the conduct by you, your guests and any uninvited people will result in immediate eviction.
House rubbish bins to be emptied prior to departure and wheelie bins put out onto nature strip if leaving on a Sunday. The BBQ must be cleaned and free from food scraps, oil and grease. Then returned to its position inside the apartment.
No Smoking. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. All butts must be removed from the grounds.
No food in bedrooms. No heels on timber floors.
Keys: Guests are responsible for all keys, locksmith call outs and replacements .

Although having lived in NSW all of my life, I have a fondness for the Mornington Peninsula, having spent many summers there. I'm currently residing on the NSW South Coast, in another popular holiday destination, Jervis Bay.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Tallringa was build in 1976 by my Grandfather, Father and Uncle. It has always been a place close to my heart and as a kid I spend most summers here. Days were spent playing over on the beach where I met many lifelong friends. Summers at Tallringa were always special, especially the years where we had three families plus my grandparents sharing the house, spending Christmas and New Year together and with our many friends from Melbourne and surrounds. BBQ's in the front yard, days lazing on the beach and summer nights spent at the Rye Canival or dinner at Portsea Hotel. It was my mothers dream to renovate and rent out the lower level of the house, however she passed away before this could happen. With the passing of my dad, I decided it was time to carry out mums dreams. I hope you enjoy Tallringa as much as my family has and will continue to do.

Tallringa's best assets are her closeness to Tyrone Forshore Caravan park and beach. Whitecliffs is a short stroll along the beach and beyond that is the beautiful bayside town of Rye, with its many cafes, restaurants and wine bars. Blairgowrie is a short stroll in the opposite direction and there are also some great cafes to be found here. The Peninsula Hot Springs is not too far away and definitely worth a visit. The famous Portsea and Sorrento are also close by and at Sorrento you can access the ferry to Queenscliff which will give you access to the famous Bells Beach and Great Ocean Road.
