Stylish with a classic art deco design and yet modern with complete amenities, come visit this relaxing or fun home suitable for medium to large groups. Walk in to the beautiful high ornate ceilings, only found in houses built in the 1920s and either enjoy a relaxing weekend with the 75inch HD TV, complete with Netflix and more or entertain with boardgames, poker, darts, and more in the unique games room/vape room. The home is minutes away to the closest lightrail for easy access to town.
Welcome to a vintage and yet fun or relaxing experience with family or friends with this long term cosy home set on a circa 495sqm block. Located on a quiet street and friendly neighbours, you can relax with a large 75inch Ultra HD TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, Youtube and all the major channels or be social with boardgames, chess, darts and complete poker set in the game/vape room. Bedrooms are generously sized including a Queen sized bed and double beds with an extra double bed blow up mattress in the home.
75inch Ultra HD TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and Disney Plus. HDMI cable available.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including:
- cooking utensils
- blender
- rice cooker
- measuring tools,
- tea, coffee (inc. decaf) and other condiments
- french press/coffee maker and more (just ask us if you need anything specific as well)
Bathroom is complete with:
- hairdyer
- soaps, shampoos, conditioner
- disposable toothbrushes & toothpaste
Internal laundry room:
- Washing machine & dryer
Boardgames include Monopoly, Chess, UNO & Jenga. Darts & Complete Poker Set available.
Ironing board and iron available.
