Nestled just a mile from Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and other popular attractions, this home is in the prestigious, resort-style gated community of Magic Village Resort. Here, you'll enjoy quick access to major roads and a wealth of on-site amenities, including personalized concierge services, a fitness center, a children's room, and a magnificent resort-style swimming pool. For those who love the outdoors, the community also offers beach volleyball and tennis courts. After a day of fun, unwind at The Bridge Coffeeshop or savor a delicious meal at the Meeting Point Restaurant.



Step inside this luxurious townhome, where a serene atmosphere is created by clean lines and a monochromatic color palette. The main entrance opens to a bright, airy open-concept space that flows effortlessly from a state-of-the-art kitchen to a spacious living area. Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



Observations about Magic Village Resort use policies by Homeowner Association :

* This resort does not allow Pets

** The use of resort amenities requires the payment of a daily fee, made directly to the Magic Village Clubhouse. Access to the Clubhouse amenities, including the pools, recreational areas, and fitness center, is available for a fee of $100.00 per home, per day of use, paid directly at Magic Village Resort. Access to the on-site restaurant and concierge services is included at no additional cost. Please note that access to amenities is controlled by an electronic card and only granted upon payment of the daily fee, which provides full access for all registered guests in the home for that day.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Within Magic Village (Yards) Resort, you'll find various amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and recreational areas. These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.



3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:

- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

- Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.



4. Rental Cars:

If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

Excellent location

Great location if you want to go to Disney and stay off property. 4 bedrooms that had their own bathrooms was a benefit for our family of six. Minor issues with the place like a broken oven and a TV that didnt work, but i got a quick response and do believe they would have been fixed if i asked. We just were not using them so i told them not to worry.

Always enjoy this place!

This is our third time renting this condo and we absolutely love it. The location is excellent for our Disney trips. Shopping & dining are so close, there’s never a problem having what we need. The condo has so much space that we never feel like we are on top of each other and everyone having their own bathroom is amazing. We always look forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for large family and Disney. Property was clean, modern and functional. Great location! Resort fees/daily pool access was to high in my opinion and not disclosed ahead of time.

5 stars is perfection. 4 is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in my book.GREAT LOCATION for access to ALL DISNEY PROPERTIES. WOULD RECOMMEND for any group up to 8 people. Beds and Rooms are spread out and comfortable. No more than 15 minute drive to parking for any park. Property is nice. Clean and very livable, but could use a THOROUGH DEEP CLEANING. Would not hesitate to stay again for access to Disney. Access to necessities like fuel, dining and grocery/pharma is great (all within 7 minute drive from property) Only thing preventing 5 stars is the need of a nook and cranny cleaning and never heard back from wonder homes about getting access to pool on property. Could also ensure there are towels in every bathroom.

Nice stay but house needs some repairs

The house was clean. We had a problem with one toilet. Not all the lights in the house were working. But beides these problems we had a great stay. The house is at 5 minutes from the Animal Kingdom and all the other Dsiney Parks are within 15 minutes drive.

Stayed while on a 7 day vacation

The mildew/mold smell was overpowering every time we walked in the door. There weren't any screens that worked so there was zero option to air it out. Besides the smell, our shower had mold growing. Otherwise it was fine. Note that if you want to use the pool there is separate daily per person charge and they do rent out this area for parties which is very loud from this particular condo unit. We also had an issue with people using our parking space. The guest was tracked down and asked to move, which was appreciated. Overall, not terrible for the price. Anyone with allergies to mold should be aware and know to bring any prescription medication.

Amazing experience

We usually stay on Disney Property but with where this property was located, we decided to give it a shot. This was one of the best decisions we made! What an amazing experience. First, let me say if you are trying to use the resort amenities, it’s expensive and I would not recommend it. But, if you are looking for a place to go that’s absolutely beautiful, secure (gated community), close to Disney, close to “outside the park” food/entertainment, and can fit your entire family, this is it! The TV has Roku so easy to take your subscriptions and utilize the TV for evening movies. The balcony with the lounge chairs attached to the upstairs’ master bedroom was perfect for the evening. The full kitchen has an absolutely perfect island with 5 chairs large enough for all the kids to eat breakfast. If you stayed on property, you couldn’t come this close to Animal Kingdom and surely cannot find a villa of this capacity for a decent price. This was definitely one of the best decisions of the trip!

The good and not so good

The Good: Location. Groceries (Publix), Drugstores (CVS, Walgreens), restaurants a short drive away. Couldn't get any closer to Disney without staying on property. Universal is a 30 minute slog up I4 in heavy traffic. Condo itself: clean, lots of room, furnished* kitchen. The not so good: Customer service is terrible. The check in instructions did not include any information on how to access wifi, and how to get through the main gate. When I asked (twice) I got two different codes, and none worked. Lots of info about penalties (itemizing towel theft? OK, sure, I'm spending over $200 night and I'm gonna steal the towels?), what's not included (all the amenities of the resort, and the gas grill), and ads for Orlando attractions (like we haven't already be bombarded enough). Also, no one answers simple questions outside of office hours? not the answers helped any. Kitchen: *furnished as in a Residence Inn, by what someone thinks a kitchen should have when they don't plan to cook anything. No broiler pan for the stove, rendering it useless. No hot pads or no measuring cups. Supplies: Better than nothing, but I've gotten better quality at a Motel 6. My advice: Take the family and stay in this unit for a few days. You'll figure out the shortcomings.
