The Space:

FIRST FLOOR

Relax on the lounge after a day spent at Disney and stream all your favorites on the big screen Smart TV – the perfect place to gather together for a cozy movie night in.

Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner with all the appliances, cookware and utensils you could need.

Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that caters for guests with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar. Don’t feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.

Slide open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space that steps out onto the covered lanai, alfresco dining and a gorgeous resort style pool and spa overlooking the lake – your own private oasis.



SECOND FLOOR

Take the stairs up to the second level and find a living space with luxe leather sofas that surround the big screen TV – an ideal hangout area for teens and kids giving the adults a chance to unwind downstairs.

Are you ready to head on out for some fun? Solara Resort is surrounded by theme parks, entertainment, dining, and shopping. The resort is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World and a short drive from Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. Did you know that any point in Florida is less than 60 miles from a beach? That’s about an hour away by car. Not bad Florida!

If you wish to give your palate a treat, the culinary options are many; Solara Resort is located in an area sprawling with restaurants of all types. Better yet, did you know that you could have a chef come over to your vacation rental and cook for you? You’re on vacation after all. Why cook? Why do dishes? But yes, for your convenience your vacation rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen. You can still sneak a midnight snack or surprise your loved one with breakfast in bed.



Shopping and More Shopping



Solara Resort is near a multitude of upscale shopping malls, outlet centers, gift stores and trendy boutiques. South of Orlando and closest to your vacation rental you’ll find: The Loop & The Loop West, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, Pointe Orlando, The Florida Mall, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, The Mall at Millenia, and the Orlando International Premium Outlets. Don’t worry about fitting the goods into your suitcase – ship it!

Guest Access:

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.



You also have access to the resort amenities during your stay. Please contact the resort concierge for further details.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



Other Things to Note:

You may see constructions nearby.



Resort pass sharing is not allowed.



Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices



Additional Services (requires extra payment):

-Pool heat ($35 a day)

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.



-Grill Rental

4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

Extra Propane Gas: $40



Please note that f you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.

Additional Services (requires extra payment):

-Pool heat ($35 a day)



Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.





Check in and check out



-We have a firm check-in time at 4PM

We cannot provide early check-in during this time due to the busy holiday season



Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities



-We have a firm check-out time at 10AM

We cannot provide late check-out

Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests arrival

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure



Amenities at the property

• Linens and bathroom towels

- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage

• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.



Towels Policy

• Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only

• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only

• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels
