Mountain Place, a 26 millas de Yosemite

This review was left by an unhappy guest who was trying to get advantage of the situation and get a "free ride" BUT it didn't work out as she planned - that is the reason for her review. She grossly violated many of the house rules. The main issue was that the reservation was for a group of 4. I don't know how many people actually where in the house (i suspect 7+) but there were 3 cars at the property and the 4th one was not let in and turned around by our security department. They also brough 2 dogs that where never discussed, asked about or approved before arrival. Communication was horrible, she was not replying to my messages when i asked about extra guests (i asked 4times!). I had one of employees come by to take care/check on remote control issue and that is when all the hells broke loose. Pamela refused to pay for the extra guests and dogs and was ignoring all communication. I had to call VRBO, report the guest and asked for assistance to have guests leave early. After 3 days of no communication I told them they have to pack and leave. At which point they quickly agreed to pay for extra guests and dogs. They used all the beds + someone was slipping in the living room as well. More laundry and towels where used than 4 or even 6 people would use. Dog hair left all over the place on the bedding and on the furniture... Yet i did refund them their full deposit. She got a one star review after departure and this is her way to retaliate. If you have any questions please feel free to contact directly. P.S. pets are allowed on cae by case basis, but need to be discussed before arrival and there is a pet fee. There are additional rules that has to be followed with pets.
