I chose this house because it was in the same neighborhood that my Grandmother lived 25 years ago. I have fond memories of this area. Although it is an older home, it has been updated and was very comfortable and well equipped. Neighborhood has been well maintained. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood reminiscing.

Overpriced for having cockroaches, a broken window in the bedroom covered with wood, and not allowing ESAs without additional deposit.

Nice place

The checking in and checking out process was super easy. Everything was provided and contact was great. Location was great for our purpose. It was in a quiet neighborhood and plenty of space. The master bathroom is tiny. We only had three people (adults) during this stay and we have to master to our single friend as the bathroom would not have been high enough for 2 people’s stuff. There were no sink/counter space. The main bathroom was bigger and has a double sink with large vanity. The kitchen was well stocked but the pots and pans were old. We were not comfortable using to cook anything on it. It was a short stay for us so that wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, this house was great for what we needed for this trip. We would book again for short stays.

No television and no compensation for not having it.

I’m sorry to give an unfavorable opinion to this property but we had no television in the main room of this property for three days. We actually left early because we didn’t have sports or news access the entire time we were there. The host came over and couldn’t get the tv to work either so we were quite unhappy with not getting any compensation for that. Not a good way to run a Vrbo property. Unfortunately, can’t recommend this property.

Upon investigation, it was identified that the difficulty in operating the TV stemmed from a misunderstanding in how to correctly use the remote with the antenna box. We recognize that this should have been more clearly explained, and we take full responsibility for the oversight. We appreciate your patience as our host attempted to address the problem, and we are truly sorry that a resolution was not reached before your decision to leave early. We aim to ensure all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. In light of your experience, we are taking steps to prevent a similar situation from occurring in the future. This includes providing clearer instructions for the use of all electronics in the property and ensuring that our hosts are better equipped to resolve any potential issues swiftly. Good place to stay

First, we had trouble getting into the residence. I felt the directions should have been more specific since it was a different type of electronic entry. We had to text the owner to get help. The owner was extremely helpful, but we shouldn't have had to do that. Next, we did not realize that from where you parked you had to walk around through the front yard to get to the front door. It's not the owners fault, but since it rained the whole time we were there it made it that much more difficult for me to get suitcases to and from the car. For most people this would not have been a problem, but due to health problems my husband had a difficult time walking through the uneven yard to get to and from the car to the residence. There is a sidewalk from the front door, but you could not stop on the road to pick someone up or drop them off. The house was nice. It was great to have a small shower in the one bathroom, since the tub was really high to get in and out of. For young people who didn't mind dragging suitcases through the front yard to get to and from the car - this would be a super place to stay. The beds were really nice. But for us as an older couple it was not ideal. The owner has it fixed up nicely. Would recommend for young people.
